At first, I listened to a flush sub to remove negative emotions and blockages, then a booster sub and then to sum it up this sub. I did this around 11:30 at night and he texted me at 2:30. Make sure you don't think about the results at all, be that drowsy because I was very sleepy last night. Also adapt this routine with all subs so that you don't need a cleanse afterwards.
