Hey Clint! I love both Snake Discovery and your channel so much, I found yours through watching videos here 😊 Thank you so much to both of you for your awesome reptile education resources! 😊💚
Thank you for coming to Cameron Elementary School today. The kids really enjoyed your presentation and the opportunity to touch the reptiles you brought.
I’ve been watching you for less than a year now, and let me tell you I used to be scared of snakes and certain lizards. I swear you made me realize how cute they are I literally love your channel. Also your personality just makes me want to hug you ! (And I’m not a hugger) 😂❤️ keep up the good work.
THE AUDIBLE PLUG!!! i'm HOOKED, i've been meaning to get into audiobooks and you HAVE ME. thank you so much for showing me this amazing world of snakes, Emily!! you're the best!
Her name was actually Annie Jones. I just so happened to have done a college research project this week on the history and cruelty of sideshows, so I wanted you to know that you got her last name wrong.
Sorry I'm so late, I was at school when it was uploaded. I have a small request: Would you mind making a video about stinkpot (musk turtle) care? I really want to get one but before I bring it up to my mom, I want to know all about it. If possible, could you include tank size, tank setup, light stuff (idk?), food, etc. Thank you so much!! I love this channel despite the fact that I don't have any reptiles or plan to have any (except turtles) but I somehow find these videos interesting 😂 Love you guys!!
I'm so excited to see where the breeding goes in the future!! I fell in love with these guys the first time you introduced them 😍 I hope the next breeding attempt is super successful!
Hey Emily!! I live in Minnesota and hope someday to maybe buy one of your baby snakes! I’m a huge fan of your channel and watch al if your videos! Love your reptiles♥️
It does have its moments. I really do enjoy the seasonal changes, but the cold can be a bit brutal...unless I’m having hot flashes; it feels great then!
Aww 😍 I fell in love with this breed from your Cuban False Chameleon unboxing video. Because I'm still a broke college student, I'm holding off on getting one. Until then, rewatching the unboxing video and now this one will suffice ❤️
I recently found your channel and love it. I’m a little confused though, I just watched the unboxing video and there were 3 girls then, but in this video there’s only two...

My children and i really enjoy your channel. I love seeing how well you care for your animals and house them so well. It makes me so sad when i see other channels that all their reptiles have only a piece of paper to live on and a water dish :(
I never knew why The Reptile Room was my favorite book in the series... Until I realized just how much I love reptiles! Now going to Peru and studying herps sounds like a dream~!

Congratulations on the beautiful little girl! As for possible names: 1) Evelyn - Wished for child 2) Artemis - Greek Goddess of hunting, wild animals, etc. 3) Esmeralda - Emerald 4) Fern Good luck with her
In the wild, many animals, mammalian or otherwise will occasionally breed to direct relatives, since they often don't "know" that they're not supposed to. Some species (like some kinds of wasp) breed EXCLUSIVELY with their own siblings. Reptiles with their slower metabolisms and fairly sedentary lifestyles don't distribute themselves across the land as quickly or as effectively as warm-blooded animals (like mammals and birds) and so often end up breeding "incestuously" as you put it here and there, and genetically they can handle it, as it's something that naturally happens with them. With reptile breeding, this is something that's considered normal to do, also. All those cool colour morphs of snakes and things like that? That came from a single mutation, and someone breeding the siblings to each other to get a number of individuals with the trait. Generally, you want to avoid it if you can, but it happens all the time in reptile breeding and is considered fine for a generation or two.
As far as I know u can inbreed 4 a few generations but that's just what I have gathered from watching other youtuber videos not sure how correct or accurate it is
Someone in a houseplant facebook page I'm in posted a picture of a stowaway anole that came all the way on a plant they ordered and said came from South America. It really looked like this little girl, so I mentioned this video! May have been a brown anole, but the shape really looked more like a false chameleon from the angle they took the pic.
Daniel Venables Ha ha, you’re right, there’s now well over a thousand likes with less than 2 hundred views 😂 Seems to be stuck on that view number- RUclips is always having glitches!
There's nothing wrong with youtube. It's because people "like" the video before they have finished viewing it. They also comment before the video is over. A view does not register until the viewer has watched the video to the end. It doesn't register a view when you first click on the video, but "likes" are counted immediately and of course comments post in real time as well.
Susan Darby Sorry but that’s not correct and in this case the glitch was most likely resolved by the time you viewed- when I replied to the comment the view count was still showing exactly 158 as well despite there being twice the amount of likes and comments and significant time passing since the original person first made the comment- I watched all the way through twice on two different accounts on two different computers- the view count was stuck on that number for about an hour and then suddenly flicked to normal and showed the correct number of views. Also, you do not need to watch 100% of a video for a view to count- popular youtubers can mass high numbers of views within minutes of posting a video, regardless of length- like Shane Dawson’s most recent videos which had thousands of views within an hour of being posted despite a watch length of almost twice that. Luckily most glitches resolve pretty quickly on their own, but they can sometimes be comical while they last 😉 Anyway, hope you’re having a good week yourself- seeing this cute little false chameleon definitely put a smile on my face today 👍
This has been explained more time then i can count. RUclips caps the view at 158 for a bit till it can figure out if its a legit video or spam and you dont have to watch to the end just over a percentage cant remember what it is
series of unfortunate events is my favourite book series! it took me a few years to realise why i loved the reptile room book so much though ^^' so many reptiles so many books, how he kept it clean i will never know though...
