  • It was the place to be for decades in Atlanta. Snapshots once hung all over the walls of everyone from Mickey Mantle to Miles Davis enjoying the music. The place had more artifacts and antiques in it than some museums. But when taxes went up and the sale offer was too good to pass up, Dante's finally had to close. Everything inside was auctioned off. But you'd be surprised to see what was most valuable...

    And he was getting up in age, He was the person that had to be personally involved in the business, with his patrons, think had a lot to do with also. One thing I regret is not knowing of the auction before too late wanted so bad to have a couple fondue pots :-(
