    Hello Julia! Thank you for your wonderful explanation
    The question I have is that I want to use printify in the shopify. Do you know about the customer's payment method? That means the customer has to pay for the product, how is the share of shopify and printify calculated?

    • @Shopify-Success
      @Shopify-Success  9 месяцев назад +1

      Hey! You're welcome. Here's how the payment process works: When someone buys a shirt on your Shopify store for $40, the $40 will go directly to your bank account through the Payment gateway you enable on Shopify. These could be credit/debit card payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple pay, or whatever gateway you choose to setup. There are many options. So the full $40 earned from this sale go into your bank account. You then pay Printify on a separate transaction, but also automatically, through your Printify account. Inside Printify, you will set up your Printify wallet, which will be charged automatically once an order comes in from Shopify. This wallet is connected to your credit/debit card. So once the shirt order is automatically forwarded from Shopify to Printify for fulfillment, Printify will charge your wallet only for the cost of production, which could be around $12 for example. By then, the $40 you received from the customer in Shopify should already be in or on the way to your bank account. So once both transactions complete, the profit is what will be left in your bank account automatically. In this example, $28 would be left in your account. Hope this helps!

    Mam, tell me, I have learned everything about the pod, now I will start the pod or my website is made from WordPress or I have also connected printify. Now when a customer purchases the product, who will receive the payment directly? You will get order from printify or you will get commission credit.

    • @Shopify-Success
      @Shopify-Success  8 месяцев назад

      Hey there! When a customer purchases the product, you'll receive payment on your WordPress website, via whatever payment gateways you have setup for your customers. The complete price you charge in your online store will go to you. Then, on a separate transaction, Printify will charge your Printify wallet for the cost of production. By then, you should already have received the full payment from the customer, so once Printify charges you, the profit is what would be left in your bank account.
      To make the process easier, I highly recommend migrating over to Shopify. It will be a lot easier for you to manage your e-commerce business, as Shopify is the best platform made specifically for e-commerce. Here's a Shopify Review in case helpful: ruclips.net/video/jEfhw-Y1ZBc/видео.html

This can help you rank higher in search engines like Google when people are searching for a specific keyword related to your products! It's a free way to bring more relevant traffic to your store. Hello dear! Yes, I'm here to help! It's completely normal to feel some uncertainty when you're not seeing immediate results from your new Shopify store, especially after putting in the effort to get everything up and running. Let's gently explore several potential areas together that may need a little more attention to help your store flourish:
      - Website Traffic: If you’re not getting enough visitors, it's like having a beautiful store in a hidden alley. Consider checking your traffic sources to see where you might boost your numbers. Your prospective customers may not know your store exists yet. Investing time into marketing strategies such as SEO, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships can help increase visibility.
      - User Experience: Before investing in more website traffic, a user-friendly website design is very important. If visitors find the navigation confusing or the design unprofessional, they may leave without purchasing, as there is no feeling of trust from the customer. It's worth reviewing the site's layout and design aesthetic. Comparing with your competitors, how professional does your store look? It may be necessary to make some changes. If you're not confident in your design skills, I recommend copying the layout of an existing Shopify template. Getting some feedback from family and friends can also be very helpful! The key is to keep it simple and clean. And use ChatGPT to help you come up with great texts and product descriptions!
      - Product Descriptions and Images: High-quality images and detailed descriptions help to sell your products. Ensure that these are clear, appealing, and provide enough information to persuade customers to purchase. And remember, visuals are so important!
      - Trustworthiness: New stores often need to work harder to build trust. Make sure you have clear return policies, contact information, and customer testimonials if possible. Make sure your texts have correct grammar as well.
      - Cart abandonment: In your Shopify analytics, you can check your 'add to cart' rates. Have you had any 'add to cart's lately? If yes, your carts might have been abandoned because of unexpected shipping prices. See if you can lower the shipping costs and increase the product prices instead.
      - Competitive Analysis: Look at your competitors. What are they doing that you're not? Make a list of improvements you could add to your store. Be critical! You'll likely find something new every time.
      - Customer Feedback: If you’ve had visitors but no sales, try reaching out for feedback. Understanding their experience can provide valuable insights into what might be going wrong.
      - Follow-Up: Are you engaging with customers after they visit? Automated email campaigns can remind them of what they’ve left behind and encourage them to complete a purchase.
      - Pricing Strategy: While you've mentioned pricing isn't the issue, it’s still worth revisiting your strategy. It's not always about being the cheapest; it's about being the best value for your customers.
      Remember, every successful business has faced challenges, and it's through perseverance and continuous improvement that they overcome them. Treat this as a learning curve rather than a setback. Positivity is everything! It will keep your ideas flowing. Keep refining, testing, and learning from the data and customer interactions. Your dedication to your store will shine through and with time, customers will see the value in what you offer. Focus on the positive that is to come. Positive mindset, keep pushing and learning. You got this. I believe in you!
      And feel free to reach out on shopifysuccessguide@gmail.com if you'd like to send over your store link for a deeper review.

    • @Shopify-Success
      @Shopify-Success  9 месяцев назад

      Hello there! You can create a new zone in the shipping settings, and if that does not work, you might need to create a market first, under the 'market' settings.
      - Go to Settings > Shipping > Click on your shipping profile > Scroll down to 'shipping origins' and click on 'create zone' in the top right corner.
      - If necessary, click on 'Add more countries/regions in Markets' at the bottom of the window.
      If for some reason this does not help with the issue, you can hop on a live chat with a Shopify customer support agent. They are available 24/7 and can help you step-by-step through resolving this issue. If necessary, they can also access your online store with your permission. Here's a link to start the support live chat:
      help.shopify.com/en/support/confirm-account-details?returnTo=/en/support/login ...
      Once you open the link, you will see a big chat on the right side of the screen. Type in ''I would like to speak with a customer support agent live'' . They will connect you with an agent!

      Hey there! Are you getting enough traffic to your store but not getting sales? If you're not paying for ads, it's a good recommendation to use TikTok, as well-made videos have the potential to go viral, which means you could bring organic views into your website without any cost.
      On the other hand, if you have money to invest, you can also opt for the paid route through advertising. You would need to focus on creating visually appealing and engaging ads to run on social media.

    It was getting suicidal to sell on Etsy so after procrastinating for the longest time I decided to migrate to Shopify. Did the migration overnight and the shop was far from being ready but I had a sale the next morning which was shocking to me. Can somebody tell me how on earth that could have happened when my password was probably on, and everything was still a mess. Does Shopify get people to check out new shops intentionally and generate a sale so that we misunderstand that Shopify is the way to go? After that sale, I have not got anymore coming since. 😅😅😅

Congrats on migrating over to Shopify, you're going to have so much more control over the experience you give to your customers! :) hahah it looks like you ran into some beginner-luck here. Hey Jullia what's the difference between these apps? katching bundles,upcart,zipify 1 click up sell? also whats the difference between bundled items and add on/upsell items and how do you price them? @Shopify-Success

    • @Shopify-Success
      @Shopify-Success  3 месяца назад

      Hey there! There are some key differences between these apps.
      Kaching is for creating bundled product offerings, where you can package multiple items together and offer them at a discounted price compared to purchasing each item individually. This happens in the product page, at an earlier stage in the funnel.
      Upcart is primarily focused on cross-selling during the checkout process, later in the funnel. It allows you to offer additional products or services to customers before they complete their purchase, increasing the average order value.
      Zipify One Click Upsell is for post-purchase upsells. It allows you to offer additional products or upgrades to customers immediately after they've made a purchase, increasing revenue from existing customers.
      The difference between bundled items and add-on/upsell items lies in their presentation and pricing strategy:
      Bundled items are products packaged together as single offering, typically at a discounted price compared to buying each item individually. Bundles are designed to encourage customers to purchase multiple items at once by offering them a better deal.
      Add-On/Upsell Items are additional products or services that are offered to customers either during the checkout process or immediately after they've made a purchase. These items are presented as complementary or enhancement products that can enhance the customer's original purchase. Pricing for add-on/upsell items can vary, but they are often priced at a slightly higher margin to increase overall revenue.
      When pricing bundled items, you'll want to consider the cost of each individual product, any discounts you're offering as part of the bundle, and your desired profit margin. For add-on/upsell items, you can use a similar pricing strategy, but you may also consider the perceived value of the additional product or service to the customer when determining pricing.
      Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask :)
