Then, when the woman in the argument asks for someone to get the guy who assaulted a Muslim woman away from her, assumedly now knowing the situation now and seeing how the asshole didn't seem very threatened by the man in the reflective vest, he springs into action.

Usually rich people in Germany are not associated with the AfD, they're usually either CDU (center-right party) or FDP (libertarian/ancap party) voters. That's one of the reasons why this is concerning to most parties in Germany; if this were just regular working class people it would be called a "fringe case" and nobody would care that much.

As a part of reunification of course all the people owned Production needed to be privatised. This happened in quite some shady circumstances for the most part and it is not far-fetched to say that the former socialist country was sold out and robbed of a major parts of it means of production. I urge every german and especially fellow ostlers to read up about it because its a big reason why the east is so weak compared to the west and consequently is much more vulnerable to shifting the blame on marginalised people. That is the dumbest take I've ever heard. Australia had record high levels of immigration the past three years, resulting in a housing shortage. They aren't here to build houses, they're here to work as unskilled labour and send it back to whichever third world country they came from. Add on to that the RBA has been consistently raising interest rates saying it's the result of inflation when all we needed to do was raise the value of our dollar. The US dollar is getting worse under this democrat administration and it's not Australia's job to prop it up.
Then there's the complete lack of encouragement in education for trades. Schools are more interested in pushing scores than skills purely for prestige, resulting in a smaller pool of builders, less houses and higher demand, which all leads to higher house prices.

I am happy that my country, Spain, has somewhat defeated the push for moving far right. In 2016, I had a real fear that with the rise of Vox and the support of Trump and his cronies (Steve Bannon literally came to Spain to help with the campaign of Vox, which then went to get massive increase in results), that we could actually follow so many other European countries in moving right and then far right.
However, we have had many elections since then and it seems that such rise has not only staled (in the last couple of elections), but actually gone down (in the last election Vox lost many seats).
Now, the right wing party PP will get back to power at some point, because that is just the natural order of things, since they have many voters. But I think we are safe, at least for now, from an overwhelming far right wave. Vox is here to stay, but I think that it is clearer that their positions are too extreme even for conservatives in Spain, who prefer to go back to the more normal right wing party of PP. I hope that Spain doesn't end up being the last beacon of socialdemocracy in Europe. And yes, I am aware of the glaring flaws of socialdemocracy, but I will take the guy who raised the minimum wage and says that killing people in Gaza is bad over the guy who is two steps away from being an actual fascists. I take my victories and my silver linings where I can. And, to be honest, Pedro Sanchez has been a much better president that I ever expected. Mainly because PSOE is full of soulless ghouls, and yet somehow it seems that Sanchez has a working heart and he is not afraid to got against his own party tendencies from time to time (not too often, however, he is not a revolutionary of any sorts).

I’m new to politics and hasan is my entry point into that, but I’m kind of wondering why he’s focusing on a lot of these “a thing happened” videos rather than broader analyses of phenomena. His sources seem to rely on the same idea - he claims in the video that countries in europe (mentioning specifically sweden as an example) are moving farther right generally (after watching that clip about germans chanting nazi things), and the editor cuts in evidence to support that, which is just a single article noting that a right wing party won in italy. Why doesn’t the editor (or better yet, Hasan) use a source that proves what he said?
i think when it comes to laziness it's just a general trend for right wing parties to have been popping up in europe, this is just reality.
in sweden's case specifically the right was growing and now they're kinda back to shooting themselves in the foot effectively speaking so what is expedient for the left to do is to point at how moronic the right are and not really deal with whatever they're proposing since they cant get it through.

Why does Hasan keep talking about Financial Instability as the main reason this is happening? Are some people blaming their issues on immigrants, sure. Is that the main reason for the hate? Not really
