Few more things to add here being a Seattleite for 3yrs
1. Avoid 3rd Ave in Seattle downtown at any cost as it's full of bad activities and homeless people.
2. Have Gelatiamo in downtown.
3. Gumwall is just an overhyped place.
4. Be prepared for a long line at Starbucks in Pike place market - Birth of Starbucks
5. Try Piroshky Piroshky next to that Starbucks.
Hope this helps someone!
EXPAND YOUR RESEARCH! Avoid tourist traps like pike place and the space needle.
Look up outskirt neighborhoods (Greenwood, University District, West Seattle, Northgate, Mercer Island, Sodo, Ballard, Fremont, Wedgewood, Lake City, Shoreline, Wallingford)
Absolutely loved this video concept! Would love a part 2 :') and would love a summer skincare or hair routine from you one day!
I’d love a part 2! My family and I are visiting Seattle for the summer! We really don’t know the best shopping spots (either luxury or outlets), pretty parks for walks, food/cafes, and random fun stuff to do.
This video was great - definitely added everything you guys mentioned to our list lol!
Really love the aesthetics of your videos. You make such inspirational content for all of us, and for many it's the push we need to go after our dreams. Plus, I lived in Seattle for a year, and it is warming to be back in this awesome town, at least through your videos. Thank you so much and send much love.
Also, another tip about the Pike Place chowder: go to their other location inside the Pacific Place building, which is about 5 min walk from Pike market. Fewer people, same delicious chowder!! Also, they have AC if it's too hot to wait outside.
Love the reminder at the end: you are a 10 out of 10, don’t let anyone let you feel otherwise.
Planning to travel to Seattle with my boyfriend next month and this travel guide video came at the perfect time! Tks!❤️
Yay! Thank you for mentioning Fall City! I've been wanting to go tubing and didn't realize there's a place around here for that. Yes please make a part 2 (:
Yes to Part 2 pls! I’m moving to Seattle in the fall so I’m super excited! Can you also do a video on the moving process from CA to WA? Would love to hear more about your experience and the logistics!!! Thanks!
More Californians are moving up here and they can't take the weather. But good luck. Seattle/WA State is just as expensive as CA.
I lived Seattle 12 years and just move back to California. If you are outdoor person, you will love it. But good luck with weather. Summer is gorgeous, though.
If you love the cold, rain, cloudy weather for most of the year then you will be fine. I moved from CA and I love WA state more
@@liannmirabelle9284 coming from most of Canada, sounds like heaven
Thanks Miki for the super tip about online ordering the food. We headed up from Portland up the highway and hit-up Pikes Chowder and placed an order the night before; same with Piroshky Piroshky's and went to Nana's to finish-off the day. Great places, awesome tip! I felt like a boss walking out from the Chowder place and people are looking at me with that "What" look on their faces. These ultra-tips allowed us to plan our day and we made good use of our time to other things. Our entire day went so smooth and we even surprisingly ran into a Poke Go Festival at the Mopop.
We didn't get to try the Morsel for breakfast because it was hard to find a place to park and we were tight on a time schedule. Here's another tip- if you want to go to Morsel's on a Saturday, plan your day accordingly; there is a Farmer's Market setup on that same street on a Saturday and all nearby parking will be full.
I just visited Seattle for the first time 2weeks ago.. Visited pike place and had the clam chowder, and you’re right.. it’s the best chowder I’ve ever had!! Seattle is so beautiful, but I really dislike the hilly streets in downtown! I swear I thought my rental car was going to start going backwards! We did a few hikes, LOVED THEM ALL.. but didn’t get to do Mt. Rainier, mainly because it was still too snowy then. But would love to come back and visit Seattle again! Would have been amazing if I got a chance to meet you!
Very cool, we just moved to Seattle a little over a month ago. We have tried a lot of the places you recommended since being here. However I have now added a few more to our list of places to go since seeing this video, thank you! ☺️I would love a part two!

Hi! great video, informative and easy to check up upon. Able to advise which places are safest to stay for a visit in Sept?
Glad you got the Pike Place Chowder in there. IMO it's the best in the city. So much great food in Seattle!
Great video. I enjoy the tiger here in the Philippines as well. The clam chowder is making me hungry.
Part 2 for the east side please !!! ❤️❤️💖💖💖
I was actually visiting seattle that day you and Kevin were filing this and we were at the market too. I'm moving to Bellevue in September because I'm working in a hospital, so I'm looking forward to your part 2!

Yes, please do a part 2 for the eastside.
I am moving to Seattle and can't wait to do all the fun stuff! I hear summer is the best time to come.
Nice video! I can't believe you missed the Troll! You drove really near it.
Seattle food!!!!! 😍 I love it!
I followed your advice on how to order Pike Place Chowder through the Yelp app! Genius!! Thanks for sharing!
I so miss Seattle!!! ♥️❤️♥️
Miki where is your grey sweatshirt from? So cute!
ahh I went to Pike Place clam chowder last time I went to Seattle and it was PACKED :( thanks for the video and tip tho!! hoped u guys enjoyed being tourists for the day hehe
I LOVE biscuits too..!! haha
Especially cheesy ones with crispy bits on the edge, nice and tender in the center.. And of course, making the whole house smell amazing..! How about with butter and strawberry jam..!?!? My goodness.
Please tell me if Nana Green Tea has a Waikiki ( Honolulu) location? I can’t seem to find that! Thanks
How many trip-mile whenever u take a trip after the reviewing the pipeline threshold at individual localized hotspots with developing as the capital as it is
You guys are so sweet love your videos ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for your candidness regarding Kerry park! I had literally just complained about it being in every video and making a comment that’s “it’s just a park with trees and grass, much can you possibly do there” right before you made your comment about bringing beer… 😂
Perfect. Thank you.
WHAT?! I never knew you can order on yelp for the Clam Chowder... I always wait in line!!
You missed the Fremont Troll under the bridge, and drove right by it at 3:11 passed Troll Ave! Or maybe it was a hidden easter egg why you showed that short clip.
My husband and I will be in Seattle next week...I told him we are going to use your Pikes Place chowder hack!
I was there last week & did not realize how many hills there are in Seattle. There were moments I thought I was in San Fransisco & I agree Pike Place Chowder is the best.
That’s brilliant tip for Pike St, the line there is always shocking
I definitely need to try some of these places haha
Seattle-ite here. Love the video. I never knew about Morsel! Also, I've had a friend get a ticket for parallel parking on the wrong side. So mayybe, thats a lil risky lol

Finally see Kevin talk normally 😄👍
You missed our Chinatown, Little Saigon and Pioneer Square in this video at least. At little rough, but these are Old Seattle, historic buildings and atmosphere. Expect to see homeless, but Tai Tung is where Bruce Lee used to eat.
part 2!!!! pls
Damn I’m a local and I never tried the pike place chowder tip haha. Is it just the chowder or does it work for the lobster rolls too.
We were watching in AWE! Seattle-born. Never knew that. Totally doing that next time!!!!
recommend pie bar in capitol hill - seattle’s pie staple
Can you do a whidbey island day trip pls 😊
