Then one day a friend of mine who had a complete different music taste introduced me to Say Anything, and after listening to it I see how I relate to it. I couldn't stop listening to it, and I cannot name a day where I haven't listened to them. I am in love with this band.
I've been listening to this song non-stop now for two days. I can relate to alot of the songs lyrics. In a lack of better words it's a sublime piece of work! It's going to stay with me forever for sure.

Max isn't nervous here this song just has a way of bringing out emotions in you and it really is technically challenging to play. How is Say Anything so unpopular? This band is amazing with the epitome of romantic lyric. I can't get enough. I know most songs are extremely perverse but somehow, I've never heard anything that makes my heart melt like these songs..
Max wont relapse, he is in a good place. If he did relapse say..... just by chance!!!! He has millions upon millions of ppl to support and help him!!!! We wont let drugs or alchy or depression take away this amazing person!

DEAR GOD. He sings about her so sweetly, it makes me hate her less for having Max instead of me xD I think it speaks volumes when a love song is more about the individual than it is about the love one has for him or her. So wonderful that he made it personal to her. He's a true romantic :)

I really appreciate how, if you listen to every song by Say Anything chronologically, it reflects the growth of a human being out of adolescence, depression, mental instability, addiction, and frusteration. Say Anything tells a story.

I've tried to use the musical prowes mixed with the lyrical superiorety of max. I tried to stay away from using the same musical devices and methods though. Only 1 viedo on my page now is akin to say anything. its called "Baby, write me another indie pop-punk acoustic song." Its a pretty long and complex song and i dont expect people to have that much of an attention span.
I can see how people would say that the chorus is a little lame compared to the beautifully portrayed verses, but I think that's the beauty. All those feelings he describes can only be sumed up in the most innocent of the means as having a crush :)
