Well she's ok seen her in every stage play she's been in the last one she sang in
Oh yeah, I saw her as Mama in Chicago here in Liverpool
They're all rounder actors, but being in a soap like EastEnders give you a longer contract than a show, which is normally reviewed after a year.

This past October in The US, they did a Hommage to Grease on The Us Morning Show Today where Two of the Journalists dressed as Sandy & Danny. Olivia Newton John called them to say she oved the performance. IN The US Grease was the Bread & Butter of a lot of Actors/Actresses when their career went downhill. Actors from US Soaps from Another World/Guiding Light/As The World Turns all did productions of Grease and Jeff Trachta Ex Thorne Forrester #2 took tome off from the show to play Danny Zuko as well. I wish they would do the Music Of Philly. So much Talent came from there. Boyz To Men, Tammi Terrell, Karen Young, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes (RIP), The Stylistics, The Tavares and of course The Kenny Gamble/Leon Huff Music Catalogue as well as Hall & Oates.

they acted grease brilliant , Alfie played a great part and he had a good voice because he is a singer in real life. kat tho omg it was really surprising she has got a really good voice on her, mick and Linda played fantastic and I loved how they made it a fairground athmospere and mostly the whole cast was involved

Steve Simon Shane Richie was actually in a Grease production in London and he had a number 2 single for children in need, he did a Wham! cover.
We watch these actors day after day & yet when CIN comes around I'm always blown away by their actual talent. It's easy to forget how very talented they all are. Too bad Linda's kareoke isn't as good as her real voice. Awesome performance!!!!

Kellie and danny were amazing in this. And I don't know why people are complaining about the acting or singing. They are actors not professional dancers or singers. This was done for charity not to show of their dancing skills
In 2018 The US Magazine People did a Tribute Issue to Grease. In The US Alot of Actors on Soaps have done Grease which is next to Dreamgirls and Hairspray some of the most popular in terms of ties to Soaps. Some Characters do Grease First then a Soap Opera or A Soap Opera and then "leave" to do Grease. Olivia Newton-John won a Daytime Emmy (America's Highest TV Honor) for writing a Love Song for The Soap Opera As The World Turns.

One of the things that made me feel happy about this is that John Altman got the chance to do something in a Children In Need because he has left now, his character has died.
Why did he leave so soon? :( He was only there for like 4 months, Nick Cotton was my favourite character!
+TheWetDolphin he was only back for a short stint to kill off for the anniversary, agreed he was an excellent character but I guess they'd done everything with him. There's usually only so far you can take soap villians before they have to get their conupence

+TheWetDolphin with den watts it was more that he just fell into hands of very bad writing on his comeback as 2004 was a pretty bad year for the show, that and his infamous off screen antics didn't help, they turned him from a loveable badboy into a heartless twisted villain with no or little likeable qualities. Ian and Phil aren't really villians though-there is alot more dimsensions to their characters, Characters like nick are usually 1 dimensional.

True I guess. Bit Phil and Ian has gone through a lot in their time on the show. Especially with the Lucy Beale murder which has been dragging on for over a year now lol. They should give new characters the chance for a huge storyline, not the old ones. Did love Den Watts though :)

Peter Beales actor Ben hardy is featured in the 2018 documentary bohemian rhapsody.He plays with drummer river Taylor,at the start of grease Ender's he is seen to be with a car.....Roger Taylor wrote a song called im in love with my car so! THEY NEW!
