4:05 love this moment, crowd is going crazy, screaming and cheering then it starts "lets get ready to rumble" and it's like someone hit a switch and turbo fueled the audience.
The audience will have been told to do that by the warm up man before the show or in an interval. Same as (from experience) the Dancing On Ice audience are told when to stand up, when to make loads of noise, etc.
It's the final series of Saturday night takeaway this year 🥲

I never realized ant and dec were so big! I've only recently started watching britains got talent in 2012 and they don't show it in the US. This makes me happy! Love em.

The 90s kids grew up watching Ant n Dec, they're pretty much the Morcambe and Wise or the two Ronnies of our generation :) I watched them in Biker Grove, and then watched them in SM:TV/CD:UK Live and their other projects with quiz shows and Saturday night Take away and then I'm a Celebrity. They're a British icon
Ant and Dec are absolute legends. They never fail to make us happy with all they do.
As a 90's kid I can safely say this shit rocks #RIP

Then at the end of the night eating hot chips while waiting for a taxi in the cold holding my high heels cos my feet were killing after 5 hrs of dancing. Miss those days x

I remember Simon Cowell saying that he thought the music career was over and then suddenly years later he saw them perform the routine again and watched it suddenly go all the way up to number 1 and he was so shocked and just couldn't imagine why!

I know it didn't go to no. 1 the first time - it reached no. 9 the first time. I mean when they performed it again on Saturday Night Takeaway on their End of the Show Show was when it got to no. 1 (about 17 years later, I think). That was what Simon Cowell meant by "not knowing why people would want to download it so many years later".

nope this was there 1st number 1 two days after the show went out the boys decided all proceeds were to go to charity I think it made nearly 100k well done

My friend and I at college both downloaded Let's Get Ready to Rhumble and I forced my Mum to give me and my friend updates on the song's position in the charts while we were at college! My mum was texting me and I was going "OK, it's at 20 at the moment..." and then later I was like "Hang on! NOW it's at 10!" and an hour later I was just like "Um... Vickie...? It's at number 2 in the charts. I think they're going to reach number 1..." and my friend was like "Nah... no they won't... right...?" and then a couple of hours later I was just sat there like "...They've done it. They're at number 1... Twitter is going insane - Ant and Dec are trending worldwide!"

Will always love this end of the show show. I remember watching it and getting ready to turn the TV off after Blue but then suddenly stopped when I heard the iconic song that used to get me in trouble a lot when I was a kid

Nearly everyone in the UK got a text from someone they know, telling them this was happening, and they immediately stopped whatever they were doing to watch it
To think that by performing Let's Get Ready To Rhumble it got Ant and Dec their first and only Number 1 single 19 years after their first release it. It made me so happy when their got that number 1 because the money that came from the sales of the single went to charity.
