Please keep in mind that you will need certain materials to build those characters. Raiden may be amazing, but to get her materials, you need to get to Inazuma. You need to progress the archon quest to Inazuma to even get her flowers, let alone her other materials. With the other archons, you can get around this (I was still doing the Mondstadt archon quest when I got to Fontaine).
If you're a beginner = Raiden she can be a good DPS if you don't have one. As you get a better DPS, she can be build as sub-DPS. The downside is her ascension mats is difficult to get If you're sucks at combat game = Zhongli. Build him as shielder, bunch up with tons of HP, and his best weapon is 3 star weapon, which is easy to get If you want to finish the combat quickly = Nahida. Good dendro applicator. Plus since you have Lisa, it isn't difficult to build aggravate team Venti is useful in some of combat if you want to dodge enemies. Plus his ascension mats is the easiest to get As for Furina, I don't recommend her for beginner. She is a very good support. Get her if you already have a solid team (with a healer) that you want to add more damage. Plus if you want hydro applicator, I think xingqiu does an already good job
If your a beginner (fresh account) raiden is pretty horrible since she’s locked until inazuma, the f2p weapon thing sounds good in theory but all archons have a free weapon granted it’s fishing
the most beginner friendly and future proof is zhongli. you are immortal in first area also you dont need to switch to geo traveler just to solve some geo related puzzles in liyue. his only downside is geo. trash reactions but why bother if you randomly throw skills burst in overworld
Nahida is the most future proof character on this list and the most beginner friendly all she needs are 4 stars and you have a team, zhongli really only is useful if your bad at dodging and is just a comfy option which is a dps loss
The most i use furina tbh. Greast with hu tao or xiao. Good with nahida and bazihu and raiden hyperbloom team, which is my fav way tp play hyperbloom. From archons I dont have venti, decided to pull for c2 kazuha
Id say Nahida overall as she works well with so many 4 and 5 stars, shes very easy to build, and is incredible in almost all situations. Even if shes a support she can make your 4 star dps units incredible, especially with Xingqiu, Fischl, and kuki. Tighnari Nahida fischl and a flex is a great team. However, if you like Navia a lot then Zhongli is a great unit for her. Navia, Bennet Xianglin Zhongli is a fantastic team. And he kinda of makes your team unkillable. Furina is always a safe choice especially since you have a QiQi who works decently with furina.

This is all coupled with the fact that the people of fontaine don't even worship him as all other nations do with their archons.

Ideally you get all of them for your collection but realistically you get the three that create a hyperbloom team, preferably C2 on all three.

Hu Tao and Furina is so deadly even when Hu Tao is at full HP she deals massive amounts of damage with furina its gross.
My archons are Zhongli and Raiden. Skipped others.

I am a starter, AR 42, I have like 20 wishes at this moment. For what Archon I should pull? I have Tighnari, Navia, Dehya and Qiqi as my 5 stars.

Nahida, literally the only dendro character you need.
Furina is stronger but nahida is just to valuable
Since she’s locked exclusively into dendro she’s not as valuable as furina who can be inserted in almost any team due to her buff
