Fabulous design! I know the open master to the bath is trending but I'm not sold on it as the noise can be an issue if someone is getting ready while the other is sleeping (seems like form over function). I would finish the master shower all the way to the ceiling, add professional ventilation and put in a steam feature. Also given the storm and hurricanes in FL in addition to that cool door drain I would have a metal door come down to protect the lanai area and glass from any flying debris. Would be nice to get the price points of these beautiful homes. Yet another great tour Justin! Thank you.
I think you could put pocket doors on the bathroom opening if you wanted to. And that is not a bad idea about protecting the glass slider- I believe it was an $80k glass wall.
I respectfully disagree- this style is meant to be shiny yet matte and neutral, calming in some areas and show off in others. If anything it can be easily personalized with color and wall coverings. The floor is the only thing I would modify to add wood warmth.

the shiny floor could be changed to white oak flooring and that would warm it up with still remaining refined and cool colors
