I went from 1600cal cut to 1800 cal to 2400 cal then up again to 2700cal now at 3000 cal with 1lb gained, strength seems to be going up, and feel amazing. better to go up slowly, and find your sweet spot then to jump super high, and regret it later. I do daily scale weigh ins to make sure I am not gaining to fast, and always take progress pictures, while looking in the mirror at my physique to judge how I look.
How much did you increase by every week?
@@bpurplemoon not much I only increased my calories above maintenance by like 3 to 400 calories. Ive been eating with out counting and have been doing amazing. Trying to learn eating intuition so I don’t have to count as much. Still sitting at 178lbs from 265lbs.

So even HIIT style cardio with weights should be avoided while reverse dieting?
They are just doing this while trying to reset her BMR. Setting her up in a better caloric base line. Depending where you are at calorie wise, could still do Hiit
You don't have to remove cardio, you just gotta eat more. Cardio is good for the heart.
But it’s just temporarily until she get’s to the calories that is best suited for her. Not eating enough is not good for you either.
U need to stop to resensitize your body to cardio
