    Wow, such details. Not so many orthodontists know this.
    They automatically put the brackets perpendicular to tooth axis.

    But MBT advocates a slight different way: for class 1 molar, if we place band or buccal tube (0 degree tip) parallel to buccal cusps, it will deliver 5 degree of tip to that molar which will be needed for class 1 finish.
    For class 2 molar finish, contralateral lower 2nd molar tube should be placed in such a way that mesial cusp enamel will be more visible than distal cusp enamel, which will deliver 0 degree tip for that molar which is desirable for class 2 finish

    Sir what about molar bands? Can we band same like buccal tube ?
