Really like the design of this kano, 44mm is on the edge though even for my 7.3 inch wrist, but it definitely got a lot going for it at this price point.
Nice review... just ordered it before seeing ur vid on amaz. Cannot wait to see if it fits on my 18cm/ 7 inch wrist. Normaly prefere watches sub 40mm or divers around 40mm (e.g. Sinn EZM3, Sinn 104 etc.). Cheers and have a nice day
I’ve got the red version. I hardly wear it. Just a little too big, and not having the sapphire has pissed me off as I’ve got a nasty scratch. Not my best purchase. I want to love it but it always gets overlooked over my other pieces
got the black version. The lume on the hour and minute hands it's great, but weird thing is the markers and the second hand arrow lume it's super week, not the same lume material or color. I'ts your like that?
Great video dude, could you try and see if the mako/ ray bracelets fit this model, I have the Kano on a rubber but I’m really more of a bracelet guy. Thanks 👍
just bought this watch, but with the red dial. and to replace the mineral crystal, i bought an after-market double-domed sapphire crystal dial w/AR coating, from crystaltimes, that i'll be having installed soon, hopefully. this is a fantastic value (i paid about the same as you did for yours), excellent low-tier diver, looks great, great bezel action, fits my meaty 8 inch wrist like a charm, and yes, i was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bracelet (far better than the bracelet that came with my kamasu). quick, unrelated question for you: i noticed on your right wrist, you had a gold bracelet on...by chance, is that a cuban curb link-styled bracelet? if so, may i ask where you got it? I've actually been considering one of those for myself for a few months now, but i'm nervous as to where to get one, so if someone (like you) might know of a good place to go for one, i'm all ears! thanks, and great review!
Funny thing is, these watches, inc. Mako, Ray, Duro et al. all look better with the shine buffed off with a pot scourer. Ala soft bead blast effect. Tried it, they look far more tasteful without the bling.
I picked up this watch in blue great watch oddly on a watch winder runs fast on the wrist it’s fine and when I say fast 10 min a day! The bezel click is like a camera really slick. Little on the large size for my feminine wrist but not like a child is wearing his dads watch.
I am happy to see the watch looks this good on a 6.5" wrist. I was put off by the size even though I liked the design a lot. Also, I am happy to see they have addressed the issues with the very tight bezel on the Ray (maybe this is a bit too loose?) But one thing makes me mad about Orient, that Automatic Water Resistant italic font is horrible,
crap, i bought this watch (pepsi), but i have a 7.25 wrist and I think it might look a bit too small bc of the 49mm lug to lug... i need a 51 lug to lug with a 44mm dia watch to look right to me. ill prob be returning it.
I took it to a watch repair shop...told me orient parts are almost impossible on gray market and will charge me 200 bucks...all its missing is the crown..i have the black dial + bezel..a beauty..its rigth there on a watch box without a crown ..all i payed was 186 after taxes so..
f*ck this watch is so beautiful. But I am a brutal watch user, I will scratch the aluminum insert quickly as soon as I wear it daily, Before there is an aftermarket ceramic bezel insert for this watch available out there, I need to hold myself from buying this watch.

Has a Tudor Pelagos vibe going one, keeping my eye out for this one!
for sure the bezel!
That was the first thing that popped my mind, Pelagos combined with Seiko 62Mas. But i like the look!
I hope Orient would considering produce 40mm Kano. I'd really like the watch but 44mm is way bigger than my wrist.
OH yah
Very beautiful as I have several Orient watches but if it ever comes with a sapphire I’ll probably get one .

Just backed the Tambor. It’s my first time doing a kick starter. Will you keep us updated?
sure!

hmm i prefer it over the ray and mako because the superior besel action and dial layout, i get the size issue

got the cuban from danieljewelry in Hialeah FL, 100% legit
@@WatchAddictionReviews i ended up having one made by rey's gold & cash 😁
What do you think of the new crown in comparison to the ray 2?
it seems much smoother and easier to operate
The crown on my Kanno fell off after 5 mounths..Sucks. Heartbreaking..
Does that Breitling really exist?????
?

Beautiful Brietling! I own the same watch.

Great video
thanks Will!
Also. Forgot to say. Doesn’t seem to have the quality of the my Ray 2
i think the quality is 1:1

it fits , but wish it was smaller, I flipped it
but yes the bezel action is def superior and way better than the Mako or Ray
I heard that Orients are all made in Japan. They do not behave manufacturing facilities in other countries. Can anyone confirm this ?
not sure 100%, probably some are made in china i assume
this watch was way too big, I flipped it :|
My man u dont wear ur watch exactly in the wrist. Especially if u wanna showcase them. Put a lil higher than the wrist bone its gonna look 10x better.
yeah, inhave a large wrist bone thats the problem , so i have to wesr it below, i have been wearing watches for 20 years :)
@@WatchAddictionReviews nice video btw 👍🏾👍🏾 ive been thinking this or ray 2 to pickup.
get the ray2 this ones a little big for me
@@Palladiumknightrider get the ray..kanno s crown falls off

These are dive styled watches and not true ISO or JIS rated divers.
indeed, but they are fine in the pool , or ocean, nobody dives anyway
