Wherever you go, the villagers know you and they are so excited to say hello to KD. It only means you have charisma and that is special!! You are Loved! 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤
It's always inspiring to know that the community make use of whatever nature can offer. What a blessing. i hope someday their choco and wine can make it to the market. They have great potential.
Kumander Daot, you nailed it,I’ve watched vloggers who featured Pangasinan way down to the North, including Kulas, but so far you are the best,I gathered so much information from you,I don’t know Bacarra is such a beautiful place, those chocolates,I hope they are marketing throughout the Philippines, thankyou for taking us in the ilokano region, proud ilokano here.
Paoay is not only home to a UNESCO heritage church but also to the biggest desert in the country , the Paoay sand dunes . Capiz window is a trademark of every Ancestral houses or Bahay na Bato .
Oh brother kumader daot, one day I’ll be like you traveling through Philippines. You inspire many, thankyou for this informative videos of Philippines.
I've traveled to most of the popular expat locations in the Philippines, but the Ilocos Region felt the most like home, so I've been living here for the past two years.
❤ this video KD. The buildings in Paoay and Bacarra amazed me. The buildings are obviously influenced by Spanish architecture. They have preserved the Spanish heritage that goes back to the 1500s and 1700s!
Nice. I spent time in Blue Lagoon in Pagapud 05 when the building started to come. then it was quiet. I swam everyday for 3 months. Went up to Santa Ana Aparri and did a biathlon. I love the north. Saud beach is so pretty. Wow to Adams... Something special in Adams, lol, its the wine...
The grit, frugality and industriousness of the Ilocano is forged by the harsh climate and temperamental geography thus distilling a culture deserving admiration and respect.
Great feature, man! Stop by at One Vittoria hotel in Vigan and get to know Marsha - owner of the internationally-known Marsha’s delicacies featuring esp the royal bibingka. These come in those famous red boxes.😊
I enjoyed watching this, Adams looks like such a charming little town. You seem to have enjoyed tasting all the wines like a wine connoisseur! Would love to buy from Ate Rona and her little wine bar. The bottles look very classy and export quality. 130php is so cheap!
Magnificent nature over the entire Ilocos Region, huge thank you(💝💯💖) Kumander Daot for taking us along with you through your vlogs❤felt sad though seeing the various destruction caused by the strong typhoons😢🙏
Y'all remember Globe Trekker, this is way better! Also so sad to see the damage - thanks for showing, I never would've imagined sand on the streets of blue lagoon or the egyptians lying face down.
Hello Kumander Daot. Mike here from Reno NV USA and have been a long time subcriber, actually your 3rd subcriber. I was wondering if you could explore a cheap wine which my great grandmother used to drink 3 in the afternoon. I think she used to drink a bottle as a health tonic. They called it Siok Tong. It probably worked because she lived to be 103 when she passed away. THANKS, Mike De Ocampo
KD, you were very thorough in your research on the wines of Adams.🤣 Your sampling and critique of the wines made even a non-drinker like me want to sample the many wines of the area. The Ilocano food you ate reminded me of my former girlfriend's mother, who always welcomed me to join them for meals. I love pinakbet! If you get the chance to eat kilawen beef, you should definitely give it a try. My girlfriend's father was always so amazed when I would eat it and that I enjoyed it. He used to make kilawen shrimp, too, which was delicious.
Hey great video I live down in Davao Oriental and I want to start vlogging. I see you have a drone Can you give me an idea of what you have and is it easy to operate and what kind of prices are we looking at cuz I see all kinds of high and low prices on Lazada. Many thanks
@@KumanderDaot but i must say, I understand why the people over there live like a god in France. there is a certain tranquility that oozes from the landscape. Cute place!

“Wine: Proof That God Loves Us.”
Kumander, rabung is labung in bisaya. The soup or sabaw if I'm not mistaken, that was added to the viands, most likely would be papaitan!
The wines look interesting
Bacarra church is one of the longest in Ilokos Norte
Rona's Wines look good and cheap at 130/bottle for a homemade wine. I hope she can market them well.
yes malunggay pandesal.

Keep safe
@KD that's Capiz shell but we call that "Pios" here in Capiz

I’ve climbed that tower at Poaoy church, dodgy as…. Also, there’s awesome secret tunnels there😉
For this episode only, I think we are going to have to call Kumander Daot... Friar Tuck

All the best in Davao Oriental! I'm using a DJI Air 2S (around 60k pesos) but I used a Mini 2 before (20k pesos) and that's good
I read it at first as Condom's and painfully sneezed whiskey out my nose. I rewind and paused to read again; Candom's.
Thanks KD for showing & I know Adams 😊
Adams? Are there also Eves there, KD? HEHEH just kidding.
