I found your channel just a few days ago. It is amazing. Im hoping to get an Excursion soon and your work is great motivation.
I have a 2000 limited 4x4 with early numbers off the productionline.....it's so hard to not leave it as classic as possible. A 6.0 is disposable to modernize its seats and dash. Definitely want to buy a 2nd Excursion to modify.

When doing a dash swap how much more work would it be to swap from a 7.3 to a 12+, vs a 6.0 to a 12+ vs a 6.4 to a 12+
Does anyone know if you can put rear crew cab door handles on the front I want to completely delete the key holes due to thieves
