- 👋 Today I drive and check out the all new 2023 BMW M3! The 2023 BMW M3 has the six speed manual transmission and is such a cool performance sedan! I love how the new 2023 BMW M3 has new styling and an aggressive look! The front bumper has the vertical kidney grilles and honestly looks really cool especially with the rest of the contoured lines throughout the rest of the car! The front end is the most aggressive with that design, but it flows nicely to the hood and the rest of the body! The G80 2023 BMW M3 is easy to shift and there are different setting to choose from depending on your driving style! The M3 only comes with the manual, if you want the eight speed auto, the competition offers that transmission for this family sedan. I love how driver focused this BMW feels and it's super solid! I was able to take the BMW M4 Competition to the mountains and it handled incredibly well, so I would assume this M3 could handle turns and be a blast in the twisties! The power from the turbo engine was super smooth too. I love the exhaust sound on the 2023 BMW M3 Competition and it was beefy! This particular 2023 BMW M3 had a bolt color combo with the black exterior and orange leather interior! The interior of the 2023 M3 was very nice with leather on many parts and had a performance feel while still being comfortable and roomy. The standard seats are comfortable and there is the option for the carbon buckets which are also great and hands down one of the best, if not the best factory bucket seat available! Both these seats are comfortable and supportive! This also had the all new infotainment system and new shifter design! Both look fantastic for this BMW! The 2023 G80 BMW M3 also had the carbon fiber roof and staggered wheels to give it extra style. The 2023 BMW M3 is also very wide looking with big fender arches and overall its an awesome car! This is a great daily driving sedan if you need the room and want the performance!

I used to complain about the front end a lot, but the fact that this is a nearly 500hp car with 5 seats, 4 doors, awesome engine, and a manual means I'll probably forget about it if I end up driving one of these.
Yeah the M3 is one of the best cars out there! Took me a bit to warm up to the design. But now I love it!
It's not the front for me. I actually liked it from the beginning. It's the rear end that I still don't like that much.

10 years ago, this would've been perfect! I'm in my 50s now, so the M340i is my choice. I traded my Stinger Gt1 for it and I still get to look cool, while in something more sophisticated. Very good gas mileage too.

Can someone explain why when he reaches his cruising speed he puts the car into 6th gear? Non stick shift driver asking
@@johnwilliams6279 you can use any gear you want in a manual. 6th will put the car into the lowest RPM to help save fuel and will be quieter. You could be in 4th going 45 mph, but I prefer to let the engine not be as loud or stressed while cruising. Same as a 6 speed automatic, it’ll be in 6th while cruising, but speed does effect that more.
Hey, 22 Bmw M3 driver here. Cars amazing to drive. Everything is great about this car,but the things I hate about it is the squeaky ass breaks at low speeds, ugh it’s so annoying. Also, I found the break pedal to be a bit hairy should we say, the slightest touch will immediately engage the breaks. And also the last thing is a me thing, the damn car just wants to go fast and I gotta hold back the impulse to just push down on the throttle
Glad you are enjoying the car!! The brakes could just be the pads. My brother replaced his GTR brakes with different pads and they stopped squeaking at slow speeds! Definitely a fun car though!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed definitely not the rotors for sure , I heard a lot about performance breaks, they have a habit of squeaking. It definitely has to be the pads

@@TheGNDOOOR no, the carbon ceriamics are so fucking expensive, and kinda useless for me ngl, the car already greats ngl. I heard the squeaking is normal for the M3 and M4

How are the regular seats compared to the carbon buckets, bmw is currently having shortages and the carbon buckets aren’t available as of this moment.
They are great! I think I’d have to go carbon seats, but you have to be dedicated to using them in a daily. They are comfortable but the normal seats are fine too.

In the market for one of these, specifically in the manual, but everyone is bashing on how "rubbery" the manual feels. Is it as bad as people make it out to be?
If you compare it to the Supra, maybe I could see that. The M2 is similar, but test drive one to see what you think. Personally I would buy it, it’s fine for me.

Is there an official statement from Mercedes-Benz explaining why they no longer produce manual transmissions for all their sports car products?
@@zaqisyah2484 Mercedes Benz only made one manual sportscar I know for the USA market years ago. So not sure on that.
M3 with a manual, M340, or M2 Automatic. What say you?
All great options! Personally I'd buy the M2 in a manual, and the M3 in an Auto with AWD. I like the M2 in a manual since it just seems to be playful. M3 is even more of a power house and with AWD it just is so fast! Can't go wrong with any configuration tho
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I definitely would agree about the M3 but to get an automatic you’d be close to 100k. The M3 manual seems like a great idea but I’ve heard that the automatic is more suited to the powertrain. 😌 I’ve spec’d an M2 and M340i out and they were exactly the same price.

Definitely personal preference. Both are great in their own ways. But I'd prefer the M3. Way better interior and refinements. And these can make an easy 700 WHP with tuning and bolt ons. So just as fast as a modded ZL1. Just depends on what you want, very different cars

I currently have a zl1 1le, and will most likely be trading for the m3. I track the car occasionally. The car is a beast. But with two little kids priorities are changing. The m3 checks all the boxes

I’m sure I used 5th gear…but the beauty of a manual is you can use any gear whenever you want..
