Dear Enna, wag mong pansinin mga basher. Mas marami naaaliw sa iyo. Yung ibang binananggit nila na presenter, mga pretentious at maarteng magsalita, mga nagpipilit na mag-accent pero halata namang belabored ang effort. Ikaw, napaka-natural ng way of speaking at walang yabang sa katawan. Wag mo silang pansinin. Bawat host at presenter, may sariling style ng pagsasalita. Mga basher lang sila. They don't matter at wala silang ibig sabihin!
Well designed house, except for a few massive furnitures, bawas lang to maximize space, overall….excellent house‼️😁⭐️

every host in house tours has different personality. Julia of Presello is informative and cute. Apple Grace of AV properties is charming and cute. Jake fr Metroguide is elegant and formal. Dean from Homescape is less formal but very detailed mag present. Get their strengths and incorporate it on how you present. Your almost there you just have to find your unique style.
I don't think Julia of Presello is informative. I've watched many of her house tours and it's very boring, she talks nonsense and often in the wrong grammar.

For that price, it must come with a Prado and a Hi-Lux . Should have opted for an open floor plan on the ground level for a nice flow. Too much furniture for the space, looks confined.

The house design is clean and lively, a zen. I can do vertical gardening in front and at the back .. The layout is well thought of, galing ng Architect. Industrial but not too structured, still homey.

Wherever you are 😅feeling takot sa mga design na parang Hide’s en seeks 😅( Dating House ko sa Plaridel Angeles City) Pero love the designs nmn.❤️Open Below khit isa lng yung Bed Room sa itaas tapos yung wall yung glass para nakikita pa din yung living Room sa ibaba. Build soon my new simple home 🏡 2024. No need big house na atleast 3 room’s na lng next build sayang lng Kung hindi k nmn nakatira. Importanti sa akin now yung lot space sa backyard’s para makapagtanim ng mga vegetables at fruits. At as usual favorite ko sa bahay yung may falls na May mga koi sarap a tenga yung naririnig mo yung sounds ng tubig. Kagaya sa dating house ko with spotlights. Style the house na gusto ko ipatayo ay yung Modern Japanese House so simple pero may mga water fall’s at koi at Dream ko na Bonzai ❤600Sq.m Lot!

Nice the house...❤️ The house host tour guide is medyo pilit mag joke so nagiging OA yung kilos but there was a certain time naman she's ok ...maybe if she's getting kaba or conscious of what she was saying kasi hindi niya ganun ka memorise and di niya forte ang mag house tour unlike apple grace and jake Bautista and the rest...i suggest less mo yung joke lang na word and yung high-pitch and time na puro joke... because you are reprensenting sales with the public client not your personal live show...😁✌️

The presenter/host takes too much airtime with her unnecessary comments and antics. I had to click fast forward every few minutes. The host has to remember that she is not there to entertain but to showcase the house. Sometimes letting the house sell itself is a better approach.
I think she’s doing that to lighten up the mood a little. Ang boring siguro ng buhay mo, di ka mahal ng nanay mo?
