3 tbsp oil
Minced meat
1 big onions
4 chopped garlic cloves
Thym
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 can chopped tomatoes
For Bechamel Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 cup of cheese
