You are my idea of a perfect gentleman who has wide variance for perfection and shares breakfast with his dog. I Enjoyed this peaceful vid.

Yummy! We also use coconut oil to make popcorn, it's so good! You're using Redmond's Real Salt, so it's all good!

I just retired a few months ago and did something that I hadn’t done in quite a few years, I went tent camping up in the mountains. Waking up, making coffee, and fixing a ham and eggs breakfast was awesome. Food just tastes better prepared and eaten at your campsite ! Don’t forget the Melinda’s hot sauce ! Stay safe and be healthy Mr. Bill ! 😀

Thx for your story. I agree so much about outdoor cooking and the taste of food being better. Being outdoors improves our immune system by getting more Vitamin D from the Sun . Being outside is a win-win situation.

I just saw on a video that olive oil is great for you cold put under heat it breaks down into some other element that's not so good where coconut oil doesn't do that. So if you can trust what you hear on the internet I use coconut oil for a lot of stuff so I'll just cook with it too
