Starting and Running 4hp Waterloo Chief Hit and Miss Engine

today's video is on this beautiful 4hp waterloo chief that's all original and runs fantastic! i offered to help a friend clean this engine up and get it running. there will be a video later this week of me cleaning up the paint. i also paint-matched the exhaust side flywheel as the original was broken.
