Will it show general fault if i have the capacitor in within the heads on?

If you remove the head with capacitor in it will show a fault on the panel.

Do you need to put an EOL on a radial at the end?

EOL capacitors and resistors in the last device you are using and end of line on panel

I have never actually connected two panels therefore I am not sure how you would do this. I am not sure if you wire it up via the relay circuits on the Outputs, Inputs and AUX on the C-Tec panel and also it might be the 24v relay. If you want two C-Tec panels to be connected together then you might need to get a c-Tec repeater panel and there might be some information on how to do it with a repeater on the C-Tec website that might help.
