Theres lost of ideas for getting your Sew jo moving again- mine is this easy, beginner friendly pull on skirt.

yeah cutting out several projects can also help toward a returning Sew Jo✂️ . just 10 minutes pinning sections 📍. then batch sew 😆

Hi good to hear you talking about an absent sew jo. Mine has disappeared with the move, but this week I bit the bullet and made two concord tees with another cut out. I can feel it coming back! Pictures will follow

@@thesewcialstudio2447 yes settling more and more but still need a hairdresser and a fabric shop 😩. I’m hoping the local wi who are quite a whacky bunch will have some garment sewers amongst the ranks. I’m meeting them next week.
      Loving those Fizz Fridays ❤️

Love the look of this skirt; that material is gorgeous! I was wondering if you could use a twin needle seam to secure the waistband instead of a zigzag stitch? I haven’t really sewn with knits before.

Yes, you could definitely use a twin needle for both waist and hem

Just found and subscribed to Amanda at Sewcial Studio today and watching now instead of sewing! The skirt looks great. I shall have a go when I've finished my current project. Do you do fabric by mail order?
