For those of you who don't know. Hwoarang's rage art can also be punished by hwoarang himself. Use b1 to evade the rage art and you will be behind hwoarang. Now you can use a grab for 60 damage and Oki.

after the rebound at 7:06 , i must change to my right flamingo and pick him up with f+3 right? But how even to do that? i tried man, but that f+3, it hit high attack, so how the hell am i suppose to hit the opponent with high attack when he rebound in between of high and mid? need to be faster when switching the flamingo? I tried to switch faster but in all i did was ff+3, become other command of the skill because of the opponent getting far after the rebound so it happen just like i said. haih, any tips bro?
Actually I think Jin can also punish Hwoarang's Rage Art since Jin can parry it tho I'm not sure if he has the time to retaliate after the parry or Hwoarang can still block afterward.
I'm a sweaty scrub so I use hwoarang and recently got to grandmaster but I don't think I'll make it much further because I have no idea how to deal with people who back step especially Korean back step I have no idea how to deal with people who just poke step back poke step back

B+3 is -19?!?! I've been using that as my default punisher since Tekken 5. My most used launcher imo, because DF+2 doesn't have enough range for me to footsie (bad strat anyways). D+4,4 is pretty good as well and has enough airtime as JFSR. Time to relearn using 123 or 124 as my bread and butter, I guess.

I can't seem to accurately input 3+4 after a tailspin and if I do I always end up getting ff+3 from his RFS 😭 Is there any way to dash into 3+4 like a button buffer like Dragunov's f+3? 😅
ranzudezu when I play him to get the easiest wall carry for me I screw then dash in without letting go of forward. Then I press 3+4 and then f+3 to pick them up from screw. I don't know if it works differently from your method.
It means "Screw", is when the character goes rotating in the air after you hit them with rfs b+4 or any move that make this. Edit: after a month you prolly don't need to know anymore lmao.
Fuck, I just remembered Hworang wasn't even part of the main story mode, however robot girl that throws her own head at you is. Tekken 7 story is so fucking bad omg

Another tip is if ur ending a combo with hunting hawk, stop once you land 2 out of the 3 hits and immediately do DF3+4 for slightly more damage

If a move is i11 does it punish -11 moves (block/hit doesn't matter)? I mean, i11 doesn't punish -11? Because Hwo's 4 is i11 not i12.

Don't stop holding forward when dashing and pressing 3+4 to change stance until it has gone through.
