That staircase/ladder is really going to limit the customers that can utilize that upstairs. Most Park models have a legitimate staircase so the upstairs can be utilized by everyone. That said it's a really nice park model and the upstairs has plenty of outlets to mount a TV and utilize it as a kid's playroom

Way too many windows especially if you live in Florida with weather conditions... 17 just in the living room and kitchen that I could see... The loft had 2 windows which was fine...
