What an absolutely smooth landing! 👌
Plane was empty
@@misasavic5073 and?
@@misasavic5073 when you know nothing about planes😃
@@car-mazing Owh nothing, just extra weight 😉
@@misasavic5073 It's in fact easier to land when it's heavy...
I can’t wait to see what the new A321XLR will bring for the future! Great job Airbus! 😁👍
It will bring many flights that used to be in widebodies to narrow body. With seats jammed as close as possible to maximise revenue. And when you do get up for a leg stretch there won’t be any of those places you tend to get on widebodies around the galleys and toilets where you can actually stand up straight and have a bit of room for a few minutes on a longer flight.
The future of aviation is backwards not forwards from the passenger perspective.
You will get 4-4 seating arrangements that make your legs squish and 0 leg room so that they could fit the amount of passengers that they would on a 787 or an A350
@@marspp you want low prices, this is what you have to give up. Flights that I’ve had to Europe a decade ago, are still in the same price range today with everything around us 2-3x exploding in price.
@@DrLifeGamer even if they did do that they wouldn’t have even a close amount of passengers to the 787 or 350
@@LAvision I don’t want race to the bottom low prices. I want reasonable prices and to have a sensibly-sized seat as a bare minimum.
A remarkable achievement by Airbus!! An aeroplane of this specification was much needed when the airline industry is recovering from the punch of the pandemic. The A321 XLR is surely a new era in commercial aviation.
Can't wait to fly one myself. Hope all tests will be successful and it receives it's certification soon. Best of luck with this fantastic project!
Dam good looking aircraft
Narrow body for 4+ hours? It will be very profitably for airlines but it is a step back for humanity. Major concerns are ergonomics and mental pressure.
@@kiraasuka9943 I wouldn't mind since it would definitely make air travel cheaper. If you care about those things might aswell book on business class lol
@@jorilim u r right. Majority of my trips are cross oceans in J. Narrowbody J is NOT on par with wide body product.
@@jorilim J is biz class. F is first class, Y is eco class. That's how we frequent flyers refer to service.
Amazing man made machinery. Congrats to all involved in making it happen.
I have been anticipating this plane for a long time and it's great to see it take to the skies! Welcome to the skies A321XLR!
I don’t know how the future of aviation would be. But definitely Airbus who will build it!
Well I think boing is going to stop making passenger planes and stick to military and space
@@pmoore6133 *boeing
Bruh they're space capsule is already a project failure, private companies is already dominate the space industry more than 50% (like spaceX and etc), and about military and space, SpaceX is already dominate that area 60% of it
@@pmoore6133 I doubt it they pretty have the freight and cargo lane on lock right now. It’ll really come down to which company comes with the most innovative aircraft first. I think of Boeing wouldve made a modernized 757 it would’ve definitely boosted their sales
@@pmoore6133 Airbus too then, since there would be lower sales for the planes now right? (Unless new planes like the 797)
Boeing is a joke and deadly 😂
And here it starts a whole new era of long haul... More power to A321xlr♥️
I love this! Airbus rules! Making great and safe airplanes.
I’ve recently had a number of trips on NEO’s and it’s becoming a favourite. Well done Airbus, quiet, comfortable and good space for the size of the aircraft.
Yay! Beautiful first flight. Excited for it to enter service!
Is the A321XLR going to be the most profitable aircraft ever? I would like to see that. Congrats Airbus! ✈️💰
Doubtful. Cargo capacity directly impacts an aircraft’s profitability, and the XLR has none. It’s a niche aircraft that was easy and cheap to develop from the A321neo, but they won’t sell all that many.
Beautiful aircraft, have flown in A321NEO previously and it’s an amazing smooth flight!! Can’t wait to fly on this too! Congratulations Airbus 👌🏻
that's an incredible aircraft!!! I'm really expecting to fly it on the trans Atlantic route
Wow! Airbus, always excellent 👌
The background music reminds me of A320neo first flight. A new legend is born!
A great achievement for the whole of the airline industry! Well done Airbus!
Huge congratulations to everyone on the A321XLR Team! You guys are awesome!
Brilliant to see such an amazing plane take off for the first time! Awesome job airbus!
I had the pleasure of seeing the XLR on a factory tour last week in Finkenwerder. They told is it would be flying this week. Nice to see everything went well. Wish you all the best for the certification process!
Airbus planes are perfectly done and the safety record is exceptional. I’m a Boeing fan but now I’m starting to reconsider
Airbus are more high tech and cooler, but Boeing is the classic. The Queen of the Sky, the 747. The most common airliner in the the US, the 737. Big yokes and non electronic instruments. Boeing is the classic, so that why I stick with them, tho I agree, Airbus is gaining on me.
I get what you saying. Look I this the Queen of the sky’s was great and classic. Bt now you at the comparison between the 737 max and the A320 Neo. The A320 is better and safer
isn't 737 MAX sufficient for you to switch?
@@pebblestone7659 I love the 737 Max
Safety records are actually almost identical between the two companies. The 737 Max got a lot of attention recently, but Airbus automation has led to a handful of crashes in the past. They both make beautiful machines in my opinion.
Wow, what an amazing feat of engineering!
A planes that is going to change air travel for ever! Great work and congratulations to everyone involved.
Congratulations to Airbus and all the hard working men and women that made the XLR happen
What about trans people?
@@oromedenep congrats to EVERYONE!
Good job Airbus - huge congratulations!
Congrats Airbus Team! Looks awesome this new bird! Cheers
Let's go, can't wait for its service entry
Congrats! What a great plane :)
Absolutely thrilling! Long live Airbus!
What a great landing! You guys did a great job!
So excited about this can’t wait for them to join the fleets!
watched the flight on FR24. Very nice plane, excited to see it for the first time!
Great job Airbus!! Can't wait to fly on one of these!
@Sebastian Floyd yeah cool, I live in Australia where Jetstar and Qantas has ordered many!
MSN 11000.
Extremely happy to see this.
Many congratulations Airbus!
yeah go airbus! A320 definitely my favourite plane. I'm going to be an A320 pilot when I'm older.
Congratulations, another milestone in the history of Airbus and the A320 family, tick. ✅👍🎉
LOVE AIRBUSSS
Amazing work as always!
I like these integrated lights. I know they are in some A320 Neos already but they are still very rare so nice to see that.
What a nice aircraft! A perfect niche plane at the right timing!
Incredible!
It’s just beautiful
Congratulations #AirBusA321XLR!🙏🏻
Been an Airbus fanboy ever since stepping into the A300. I consciously chose Airbus operators whenever I can. A great company, totally focused on innovation and engineering excellence.
Well said & Boeing are focused on Profits and Being clowns in their own new circus !!!
I can't claim to be a fan of either Boeing or Airbus - I have flown on almost every model of both, and the competition for national pride and excellence has both driven the progress and technology at hypersonic speed but also caught them cutting corners of calculated risk - before anyone jumps on the Boeing Bashing Red-eye Direct Flight, don't forget Airbus' dark moments of history (like a flight from NYC to Puerto Rico that plunged into the ocean shortly after take off - the major difference between the Airbus issues and Boeing's was the rise of social media where everyone is an expert)
Amazing aircraft!
Airbus, You never cease to amaze me! Congratulations on this new achievement! 👍👍👍
saw it on radar
I haven't been this excited about an aircraft for a long time
Thank you to all aircraft manufacturers for their efforts to advance the aviation sector, serve passengers, and comfort and safety people.. Thank you to the thinking minds and everyone who thinks and invents to serve humanity... Thank you all.
A first great flight from the XLR, a true game changer for a 321 plane, that thinks longer and bigger, able to do short hop and very long hop and efficient with those Neo engines, congrats to the Hamburg engineers who have worked on it too. A proud definative moment.
One of my favorite aricrafts...awesome!
I love Airbus jet.they are so well thought of and designed.
A321XLR Beatiful Plane @Airbus
Great to see! Good work everybody at Airbus!! 😁
An aircraft the likes of which have never been seen before. A new era begins with this exceptional airframe.
