Why do you get 100% after 'Test Track'? Is it because of some duping? And why doesn't the run end as soon as you get 200hp and armor? Congrats on the PB by the way :))
1 - Yes, it's because of the duping which gives me extra percentage. 2 - the requirements of the category are to complete everything which awards percentage, regardless of when you get the rewards for 100% in game. If it was the other way around, you could simply mass-dupe a mission dozens of times and get 100% in like an hour.
The japanese version of Vice City is used because the .scm is different to the international version due to a re-release. This ‘haitian friendly’ version has several instapasses that are faster than the international/steam version, such as the Cherry Poppers instapass used in no ssu.
