I am new to Reiki, and I would like to know what exactly is happening during the nights I play this video. I feel the energy waves surrounding and penetrating me, but what exactly is happening? do these energy waves remove negative energy blocks? And is it okay to replay this every night? The energy goes to where you need it most. How everyone perceived it is different. They may remove energetic blocks if that is what is needed.
