  • This very special Orrimaarko aka Prune Face™ Concept Maquette Replica - Tom St. Amand Legacy Edition goes beyond a signature edition to provide each owner with a truly unique work-of-art.
    regalrobot.com...
Limited to just 83 pieces, each hand-painted maquette in this special Legacy Edition will include a premium expanded plaque including a one-of-a-kind sketch, each one dreamed-up and hand-drawn by veteran ILM creature artist, Tom St. Amand!
The included 3 5/8” wide sketch comes beautifully matted within an 5”x7” frame that also houses a hand-numbered metal nameplate, hand-signed by St. Amand. That frame can either stand on a table top or hang on a wall.
During the production of the Star Wars™ Original Trilogy, St. Amand was an integral part of the team that brought the AT-AT’s to life, he machined the armatures for stop-motion creatures like the tauntaun, worked as a puppeteer on the Rancor™ scene and was part of the team that did concept work for the ILM creature shop on Star Wars: Return of the Jedi™. As part of that work, he sculpted the Orrimaarko aka Prune Face maquette.
This maquette was the first step in designing the “Prune Face” creatures that would show up in the Rebel briefing scene in the final film. With hands-on access to the original film artifact and high resolution 3D scanning, our team crafted a faithful recreation of the concept maquette for this mysterious alien from the movie.
At approximately 4 3/8” tall (including the wood display base), each is cast in solid polyurethane resin. 100% made in the U.S.A., every replica in this edition is meticulously hand painted by the artists in our New York studio, making each a unique tribute to the artistry involved behind the scenes of our favorite films! The maquettes are hand packed in a gloss black box with die-cut foam insert and COA, and double-boxed for shipping.
Do not miss this extraordinary opportunity to bring home not just an authentic replica, scanned from the original artifact, but also an original work of art with a direct connection to the artists that inspire us!

Awesome video. I just picked up the signature edition. Gotta say prune faces maquette is not one that I was dying for but it'll go nice next to all the other maquettes in my collection. Really got it just because I need to complete the collection. I am somewhat glad though at least I could save the money and not feel compelled to get the legacy editor like I did with the legacy rancor
