So when I get home from work I’m going to try the pin match method!but that said ….I have a relatively new bow and the specs are 320 for the bear adapt I have …. could I just essentially grab the 320 fps insert

Probably not. That is with the bow maxed out in poundage (70lb) and set at 30” draw length also only using a 350 grain arrow. What did u wind up using.
