Why doesn't vietnam show their sincerity by stopping to reclaim those islands when they want China for help and get tech transfer for free and many things for free? China has been helping vietnam since ancient time but seeing no sincerity from vietnam in reciprocations. Well why doens't vietnam buy tech from China instead of asking China to transfer tech and help in building high speed train? It's simple to understand that vietnam has spent all the money in reclaiming islands that belong to China. Now vietnam wants China to give the tech for free and build HSR for free? What does vietnam think they are to China? Since when does vietnam give anything to China besides taking only?
