My first camera was the X100S. I still have that little camera and anytime I take it for a spin I'm blown away by the image quality. Sure, f2 is very soft and AF is slow, BUT in manual focus to a set distance and a small aperture it's still a great little street camera. I'd love to have the X100V just because of the overall improvements but my X-Pro3 is getting jealous already 😉
I bought an X100s back in 2013 when they first came out to replace the x100. Has been my go to camera ever since. Despite having a room full of Canon pro gear, some of my best and prize winning photos have been taken on the little Fuji.
I’ve tried most of fuji X series at this point. I got a 100T in February and I’m liking it better than the 100V that I used for a couple of months. Sure the 100V is better in every aspect but there’s something about the 100T that makes it more fun to grab and put it in your day bag. And since it’s a cheaper camera I don’t mind much about bringing it everywhere. The 100v is still an expensive camera. I also think that the 100T is a good compromise between the older specs and the new top of the line sensor and lens. The only drawback is the battery, it uses the thinner version not the squared ones. About the sensor, the pictures look really nice with the 16MP trans I&II. Very warm and classy. The X-trans IV images are big and clean, maybe too much “clean” ? I sold all of the newer X cameras and kept the X100T and the X-E1.
I own a x100F for a few years. It is a great camera and it is my only camera nowadays. I took great shots with it. Some I have had printed as a huge poster and put it in my house. One even got it as poster in a busstop. Very large. The quality of the sensor is amazing and the film simulations are so good that I often go for jpeg and skip the RAW’s. What I like most: the system forces you to use the single lens. And by doing so you achieve 2 things : 1 you really get to understand the lens and it’s perspective and how to best use it and 2 no more carrying around of bags with lenses. Only the light weight camera. Feels like freedom!
My opinion is that the "T" is a perfect compromise in terms of sensor, price and performance. I chose the "T" in 2021 because of the X-Trans-II sensor. Colors from Fujifilm cameras with this sensor are great.
I got the X100T in 2020 for close to $600 on eBay. Loved it, but found the autofocus to be a little slow. In 2021 I found a X100F for $650 locally and sold the X100T. Both cameras were in mint condition and less than a 1000 shots. The X100F is the camera that’s always with me. Recently purchased the WCL converter and it lives on the camera. Only drawback is that the camera looses that minimalist factor.
Do you think a new model will be out soon? With the recent price hike of the x100v seems cv like it’s best to wait but if I can get a newer model then I might just wait
X100S is the second model that Fuji produced in the x100 series , not the first as stated in this post by MPB in this video. Hence the designation x100S. Are MPB really experts in camera equipment and do they really know what they are selling you?
I assure you, people working in MPB are, indeed, camera experts! Josh says "The oldest of the X100 models I'm going to look at today is X100s" so it's just that they don't talk about every model in the series but only about the selected ones. Please also bear in mind the video is over 1 year old so the prices are different now. Thank you for watching! - Jakub
It is but this is what happens with a highly sought after, premium pieces of gear (that are also stylish props for social media photoshoots). Thank you for watching! - Jakub
I have the V but if I’m honest, the F would probably be sufficient for my use. I do appreciate the weather and dust sealing though for peace of mind. You can’t clean these sensors easily if they get dusty….
Which is the right Fujifilm X100 series camera for you? Let us know in the comments.

I'd love to buy the 100V from you guys, but it's out of stock everywhere.
@@bensa4707 We get them often. Sign up for our stock notification and you'll be notified once one is available.
We love the X100S as well. A perfect camera for on the go and street photography.
We have some in stock in the UK :)

I purchased a X100T in July 2021 for $450 US in nearly mint condition. I love the camera and the images I get.
It is a great camera. What will you photograph with it?
Hey do you know if the x100f has the film simulations?
@@optimuscunt7746 It does!

The T is a great option. Any thoughts about upgrading?

Just asking the pics that you guys took. Did you all edit it?
Nice video! Are you still shooting the Leica m10 ? I recall seen you doing it
Where is the T?
Good catch. We are reviewing the T soon.
Just bought my XE1 from MPB extremely happy
Awesome! Let us know how you like using it.
@@mpbcom its great. Such a great camera
x100T ???? s(Second) t(Thirds) F(Four) V(Fifth), i have a x100v but, i try a x100t for a long time and i love it, the sensor is very crisp.
Yeah the letter-based numbering is clever, but I wonder what the sixth one will be lol. X100Si?
I replaced my X100T, D750 and glass with a X100V in March 2021 and never looked back.
😎
I'm a huge x100v fan and take it with me everywhere I go! I did recently pick up an original x100 from MPB and have had some amazing results!
That's fantastic, what do you shoot?
@@mpbcom I shoot street photography! I actually just put up a video about the original X100 I picked up from you guys and the images I got from it. ✌

It’s so depressing how much the prices have gone up since this video lol I can’t find the x100F for less than $1,000

Weathersealing can be invaluable for outdoors photogs or for those in humid areas
