    The pcb in bldc rotor is not for led lights only it contains controller circuit also with IR receiver. The upper part outside the fan is SMPS circuit

      मैंने एटमबर्ग का fan लिया था 5 महीने पहले,, 15-20 दिन पहले मोटर सड़ गई, मैने सर्विस केलिए रिक्वेस्ट डाली उन्होंने कहा हमारे यहां उनकी सर्विस नही है, और एक फोन कॉल पे मेरे उन्होंने परसों नई मोटर भेज दी रिप्लेसमेंट के तौर पे और पुरानी भी वापिस नहीं ली, अब पुरानी का क्या करू मैं ?? उसकी रिपेयर भी नही मेरे यहां, मैं मेरे पास के शहर बठिंडा भी गया था, के वो ठीक कर दें वो बोले यहां पे शायद कोई नही करेगा,, में सोच रहा था ठीक krva अपने दूसरे कमरे में लगा लूं।

    Ten years ago i had made myself bldc fan using motorcycle stater and flywheel with bldc driver circuit made by myself. Stator coil rewinded to run with that bldc driver.

    Mera jo fan hai, woh kam se kam 40 yrs ho gaya , abhi bhi chal raha hai. Shrif 3 bar paint kia aur 5 se 6 bar capacitor & bearing change kia. BLDC Fan ka sbse bada jo cons hai, woh kabhi bhi lightning ki baje se kharap ho ja sakta hai. Kiu ki uska electronic system complicated hai. Repairing ho bhi sakta hai or nahi bhi. Repairing cost bhi high hoga.

    U missed some information.. we can operate normal fan with additional remote in just 500/-
    Normal fan are also available with LED as well
    Bldc circuit are mostly not repairable u have to purchase a new circuit near by 1000 bucks
    Bldc fan RPM: 350 to 360
    Noraml Fan RPM: 400 to 425
    Bldc Air Delivery:210
    Normal fan Air Delivery: 225 to 235
    Bldc fan not working on proper 25wts
    It's run on 25wats if you run your fan on slow speed
    Bldc consume near by 40wts if you run on high speed..
    Normal fan self life near by 10 years
    Bldc fan self life chale to chand tak nahi toh sham tak.
    Aur 1 saal me 1000 ra bachane ne chakkar me summer me bldc fan Normal fan jaisa kaam nahi dega
    Agar 2 3 saal me winding jal gaya to normal fan max 400 me rewinding ho jaega aur wahi bldc 1000+
    Bldc 1 baar kharab hoga to saare saal ki savings ek sath chali jaegi 🤣 aur summer me zyada air circulate nahi kar paega woh alag se..

    Technical accha samjhaya tumne. That's good. Lekin ek baat batao mere jaisa aadmi jo pichle 30 saal se normal fan use kar rha tha. Jisme ek regulator se 4-5 speed mode mil jate hain ghar ghuso switch on karo regulator apni marzi ka set karo ans relax. Uske samne ye remote mobile aap kyu... Ye aachi technology hai no doubt but simple chiz ko kyu complex kar rahe hain companies.
    Aur nirmal fan 1100 se leke 1700 tak aa jata hai and bldc me atleast 2500 lagega.

    मैं एक दशक से फेन वाइंडिंग का काम कर रहा हूँ लेकिन मेरे पास अधिकतर नार्मल फेन ही वाइंडिंग के लिए आते रहते हैं ओर अधिकतर 250 से 300 रुपये तक अच्छी तरह से रिपेयरिंग किये जा सकते हैं ओर ग्राहक भी परेशानी का सामना नही करना पड़ता माध्य्म ओर गरीब व्यक्ति भी आसानी से इसको सुधरा सकते हैं ओर रिपेयरिंग करने मैं भी हम इसकी 4 माह की ग्यारण्टी के सही करते हैं
    ओर रही बात BLDC फेन कि तो इसका भरोसा कम ही है pcb सिस्टम बहुत जल्द ही खराब हो जाने की सम्भावना है ओर रिपेयरिंग खर्चा बहुत ज्यादा आता है
    इसी लिए देशी अपनाये ओर खुश रहे ।
    वरना ये BLDC वाले चोचलो मैं जेब खाली करना है और रिपेयर के बाद ये कितनी सर्विस दे
    कुछ कहा नही जा सकता

    Mujhe 6 fans lagane hain. Bldc ke maintainence cost ko lekar confused hun, warranty ke baad kharab hone par kitna expense ayega eg: circuit/pcb kharab ho jaye etc. Should I go for regular fans or bldc fans, keeping maintainence cost in mind ?

      Can't say what will happen if fan shows issue after warranty period but people are using these fans from last 4-5 years and these are working fine.

      Yes sir don't go for bldc fan reason bldc fans are recently available in market and induction fans are many years old which we can see still working 24 /7 but bldc we are not sure how long they will work plus mantainance and cost is double and we can't relie on them till we see them working atleast till 10 yrs it is ok if manufacturer's are providing atleast 10 yrs replace garantee

    Well explained. Thanks.one things while discussing bldc fan ist point of discussion should be about air delivery and then electricity saving. If air delivery not good them electricity saving is of no use.

    Nicely explained .but it's costing is high and if fans circuit is damaged than its repairing cost is very high and number of years of electricity savings gone in minutes.

    The capacitor does not push in starting of motor, it is a 3-phase motor which means capacitor is required for phase shifting.
    Remotes have IR led not sensor. PCB contains microcontroller for coil excitation.
    Covering present in bearing helps to seal grease.

      not 3-phase it is 2 phase motor, capacitor gives another phase of 90deg lagging voltage so that motor can be auto start.

    bldc me jo permanent magnet lagi hui h wo heat hone se slowly slowly weak ho jayegi uska magnetic field kam hota chala jayega jissay fan ki rotation speed ghat ti chali jayegi.

    Capacitor shuruaat mein push dene ke liye nahi balki 90⁰ phase difference create karne ke liye hota hai, jisse rotating magnatic field banti hai stator ke around aor rotor mein eddy current ki wajah se woh us rotating magnetic field ke saath saath ghumne lagta hai

    I have been using 2 Crompton BLDC 1200mm fans in my hall area, the air delivery of those two fans are not enough. I am looking to replace them with normal fan.
    I like BLDC fans but the air delivery is less, Can BLDC fan with 1400mm blade solve my issue ?

      जेब पर भी ध्यान रखना होता है, 75w या 60w का फैन कितना ज्यादा बिजली खायेगा, और 30w का कितना?

      Regulator is of no use in BLDC fans, either you control the speed from remote or you can control the speed from the fan switch (in some models).

      Ha bhai value for money hai atomberg hamare ghar me 4 atomberg ke fan hai 2 hall me aur do fan doo bedroom me. Hall ke dono fan subah 6 se rat ko 10 babe Tak chalu Rehte hai aur bedroom ke raat bhar chalu rehte hai aur hamara bill around 750 to 800rs aata hai aur dusare appliances Bhi use karte hai
      Aur performance bhi new like condition Jaisa Chalta hai hamare fan ko 3.5 years toh hogaye hai aur acha Khasa electricity savings karke deta hai

    My ceiling fan is 40 years old just changed bearings once, 20 years ago, capacitor works 4 to 5 years easily.
    Most important thing which they donot talk about is air throw, old fan have heavy motor and and thick metal blade which produce a very powerful air throw as compared to DC fan

    Conventional fans has more durable and longevity . They almost run 15 to 20 years. We don't now about the longevity and durability of these bldc fan

      Who says it won't run that long? It is contactless so heat and friction is less. Only issue that can happen to the pcb which can be fixed by trained professionals.

    Lekin baad mei repair karwana ke liye problem hoti hai
    Traditional induction motor kahi bhi repair ho jata hai.
    Bldc ki reliability pe comment nahi karunga lekin long term pe repair ka issue ho sakta hai kyuki nayi technology hei

    Sabse bada difference : Durability.
    Conventional fans bahut long lasting hote hain & repair ki zaroorat pade toh comparatively cheaply aur har jagah repair ho jaate hain chahe fan 30 saal purana ho.
    BLDC fan ki dugni, tiguni kimat hoti hai, jyada durable nahin hote conventional fans ki comparison main, more expensive to repair aur model purana ho jaye to pcb vagarah nahin milegain aur repair ke liye special knowledge chahiye.

      Bhai chiye toda sa special knowledge but hai to circuit hi laptop repair ho jaata hai Mobile with complex circuit to ye bhi ho hi jayega with time.

    Normal AC fans are faar better than bldc fan, its all companies/market gimmick to manufacture fans in less cost and sell in same old price, by reducing inside material (u can see in vedio) making them light weight and sexy looks..they saved maximum copper in new bldc fans..so plz dont throw your old AC fan, old is gold..

    Me bahut comparison Kiya... or Normal Fan liya Bahut hight air Delivery hai... BLDC ki air delevery acchi nahi hai... isiliye power consumption kam hota hai air Drag hi nahi hota.... 😂 patti kafi slim hai

    Bhai stator aur rotor contact dono me nahi rehta. Bldc me sirf ek bearing hai aur normal me do.

    bhai jo bhi ho naya 9 din purana 100 din bldc ek bar kharab hoga na repairing ki cost pata chalegi .. old fan tu new re winding 250-300 me ho jati hai

    That digital fans are 3phase AC fans not DC fans the circuit used above in the motor converts the single phase AC to DC and then to 3phase AC
