i can get the text to glow... everytime i do it there is just a glow that is obnoxious and not very see through like yours, before you put linear dodge (add) on that is basically what mine looks like
May be a silly question but how do I change the hue/sat on a single layer and not have it effect the whole project... What is the Hotkey you pressed to bring it up?

one tip I saw you everytime do if you want all your layers in one: shift select all copy.. Instead of this you can press shift ctrl alt e and you have it (you have selectet a new empty layer)

I can’t afford Photoshop coz I’m poor so I use *Adobe Spark* to make the thumbnails and *GIMP* to cut out the characters that’ll be inside the thumbnail :)
