Aubrey is just like my son!! He is 23 now but from about age 14 he can tell you the year music came out and often the month too. From 60's to now!! It is crazy when he can't remember any other details when you ask him how his day or whatever was or something that happened 2 days ago!! AND can't remember to hang a towel up after taking a shower! From about age 8 he was able to tell us the make and model of a car also by pretty much just looking at the headlights!! I mean the headlights?? We have car crazy friends and he would shock them when they tested him! The brain is a funny thing! I bet Bex will LOVE that crab!! WTG on Anavaeh’s hair Addison! It is really cute and perfect for her! Trey is just the sweetest too!!

Shelly, don't ever call yourself boring again! Just allow the playful child in you to come out and have so much fun with your younger kids. Jared and you are the Sun and Moon in your children's sky. It is beautiful to see how you make them all shine! I love to see Brinley blossom and bond with Grandma Joanne and Mindee through crafting. Finger-and hand knitting is so much fun and rewarding. You can recycle fabrics of damaged or old shower curtains, which you cut in strips, knot and make (door)mats for your pool, garage or garage. Compliments to all for the wonderful dynamics and trust in eachother. The great job Addison did with Anavaeh's hair stunned me. Brinley, I love that you love to do handcrafts. Your pants looked fantastic on you! My mum taught me when I was young. I'm 62, and I still love crafts. Here's a list of everything I can now do. Maybe you'll see something else you want to try! Sewing, knitting. crocheting, cross-stitch, tapestry, long stitch, embroidery, wood-carving, beaded jewellery making, and water-colour painting. acrylic painting, diamond - dot painting, colour pencil art, life-drawing (you will need to be older to try this one!), paper crafts (cards, junk journals), wood carving, ...? I've made use of these skills by gifting hand-made items and have sold children's clothes and jewellry. I also made small cross-stitch pics for children's rooms and sold them. You'll never be bored if you love crafting!

Ingredients 50 mL (1/4 cup) margarine or butter 250 g (1 pkg) (about 40) regular marshmallows or 5 cups miniature 2 mL (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract (optional) 1.5 L (6 cups) Rice Krispies* cereal Directions - In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. - Stir in vanilla. Stir in Kellogg's* Rice Krispies* cereal until well coated. Using lightly buttered spatula, press into buttered 3.5 L (13 x 9") pan. - Allow mixture to cool slightly. Cut into bars. Best if served same day. Notes: For chewier bars, use an extra cup of miniature marshmallows or about 8 regular marshmallows.

A great dog toy is the Giggle Ball. It makes a noise when they roll it. We bought one a few Christmases ago. My dog played all day long, and we laughed all day long. I'm sure it's someone's voice just sped up. The kids could have fun with it even if the dogs don't like it 😅
I've dehydrated small marshmallows before. They stay soft until they get cold and then they are crunchy. I turned some into powder and I tried them in baking, a sprinkle powder on top of cupcake icing and in hot chocolate where it thickened it up which was delicious. It was like a science experiment that I just did once. I was a teacher when I was well and loved doing science experiments with food as my kids loved it and didn't realise they were learning.
On Mrs. Cog Hill, she freeze dries something almost every week; usually on Thursday. They have an actual freeze drier that pulls the moisture out of the food.

My family makes Rice Krispie squares, we put the marshmallows , butter and vanilla in the microwave. It’s Amazing.
