Aubrey can wear biker shorts or spandex shorts under the dress to feel more covered. Typically with flowy dresses like that you can’t tell they are there

Oh bless Aubrey. She’s such a sensitive soul. One of my four boys used to find it hard to get new clothes. He struggled with textures etc and now, all he wears are baggy clothes.

I’d love to see her hire a stylist and find her clothes that she feels comfortable in. The black just washes her out and she’s too pretty to be in black everyday.

I don't like dresses either I recommend a coord 2 peice outfit or a jumper/romper next time I think Aubrey would feel more comfortable and still be able to dress up

I like the red flowers too she deserves flowers. My mom when I was younger told me that the only thing I could wear was black the minute I got old enough to pick my own clothes. It’s been color ever cents. Problem is back in when I was a kid back in the 60s and 70s they really didn’t make clothes for larger kids so I was kind of stuck with whatever I can find.
I actually think Jared did good with his choice I think a flowery dress with black boots would be so nice like rock chick x

I’m like Aubrey and REALLY struggle with dresses. I have found that getting nice slacks and a pretty blouse feels so much better for me!
I wear leggings under dresses all the time because I don't like short clothing either. I'm so sad Shelly didn't get that flower dress. It's so pretty. Especially with the sweater. So cute!!

Red flowers one was my fav it made your eyes pop. Also tips I've learned over the yrs horizontal strips can make your frame look wider vertical straps make you look taller and all over pattern is slimming cuz iy doesn't put focus on one area .Personally I don't want to look taller then I already am so I don't wear vertical strips lol
Aubrey can wear compression shorts under dresses. My daughter has been doing that for years.
In regards to the not wanting to wear a belt, They do make buckle-free belts. They are elastic and you don't got to undo it every time.
Compression shorts under dresses are a lifesaver for me! Normally I don’t like dresses but with the compression shorts I just feel more secure

I actually really liked a couple of the dresses before Aubrey tried on the blue one she decided on!! But do agree on a few with her!! Great choice!! I think at the very beginning y’all tried to get her to try that one on and she immediately was NO!! Then it ended up being the one💞

The pockets may not be fake, many companies in shipments sew the pockets up, so they don't get lint, dust or any other debris inside of them in mass shipments. Hope this helps anyone, I did not know this, until I mentioned something to my mom on a dress I was looking at with sewn up pockets and she used to work retail.
Aubrey might have sincery issues with clothes so i am so happy to see you guys being so patient with her and trying to help find what she likes and is comfortable with wearing

Retail workers everywhere are screaming "hurry up and check out" at their screens. I worked retail, after office work, and we really didn't like it when people came in last minute and lingered. We just wanted to go home after a long day.
I mean I definitely agree with that but they were under the impression that the store was open for another hour. It wasn't like they were coming in last minute right before the store closed and just messing around. They thought they still had like an hour and a half to shop before the store closed
I was Aubrey. I was never comfortable in dresses or skirts, not because of how I looked but because I was a drummer/percussionist and a tomboy and I wanted to climb trees and ride bikes and you can't really play a Cajon in a skirt. I only wear them to weddings and funerals now. Everyone makes a big deal when I wear them, which makes me want to wear them even less.
Aubrey is absolutely right about the pockets, I'm so annoyed that nothing has proper pockets that's made for women.....
I usually give the center pieces as gifts! It’s saves time, money, and a place to store them!

Aubrey was so relatable to me in this video! I also have a really hard time shopping for specific occasions. I usually get really frustrated too. Though lately I just put on a nice pair of pants and a nice top!

Omg. Aubrey, I 1000% understand you!! I have resigned myself to it’s better to be comfortable in your own style. This summer I went on a trip with my friends. They brought cute dresses and I just brought jeans shorts. I was a bit uncomfortable feeling under dressed until we started encountering people and getting compliments. I know I may not have looked as “stylish” as them, but I felt good and the compliments felt genuine. You do you girl!! ❤
Aubrey looked nice in most of what she tried on, but i totally get it, i used to have people try to push things on me saying how good i looked in them, and hated wearing it. i rather be happy with what i am wearing comfort wise than having others think i look good, although i think I look alright in what I wear.

Addison you can buy a belt that only goes round the back it loops from the side loops round the back so you don't have to open it at the front. Shelly that dark dress with the red flowers looked sooooooooo good on you ❤❤❤

I really liked the last two dresses that Addison picked out. The dress Aubrey decided on, is the one I thought she would pick. It looks great on her! I also think that long black dress that you guys dismissed because it was too long was darling. All you would have to do was shorten it to the desired length and hem it. The thing I can not understand is why I see so many young people in AZ picking out clothing that is going to be so hot to wear in 100 degree weather, like the sweater Addison picked out.

Not sure why Aubrey had to wear a dress. There are such beautiful shirts and pants that would have been fun and baby showery. I do have to say I’m quite surprised at how conservative she is in her choices because she comes across as a little bit carefree and I guess because I see how much she loves the camera I just assumed she was a little more open so that took me a little bit by surprise. She looked beautiful in every dress, but in the end, the person wearing the outfit has to feel it.

I had one as a kid. My mom would put socks on me and I would scream. She would have to hold me till I got used to them. It’s why I just bought my first pair of jeans in 8 years, why I only wear ankle socks and used to only wear knee highs, why I don’t like to wear tight shirts and they have to be longer in the front. We know what we like and don’t want to stray from comfort

Also, Aubrey, you do not have to wear dresses to school dances. They have women’s suits or you can do like a fancy skirt if you like. For my eighth grade graduation, I wore a women’s suit and for my high school graduation I wore a skirt.
I've refused to wear dresses since middle school. If it requires a dress for me to attend, I'll just stay home.

You should check for flowers at grocery stores. At least in upstate NY A lot of grocery stores sell them.
Does Aubrey have an idea of why she is so particular? Could it be a body image issue? Like many others have said, she is a very pretty girl and looked good in all of the choices that were shown. It's interesting how Addison is so different in that respect.

Ahhhh! It’s stressing me out that you’re shopping at closing time! As a retail worker for 20+ yrs, this is one of the things that was awful! So many times I would end up late or missing something in my life because of some customer who said they’d be really quick shopping but ended up staying a half hour or more after closing, leave a mess, and most times not even end up buying! Ugh!!! Workers have lives too, please try not to stay too late, no matter how much money you’re spending!
I’m a hard person to shop for clothes wise also.. I don’t wear pink, orange or yellow. I’m short and have short legs and a short waist.. no scooped neck or low cut cuz of scars.. I was even shorter than Aubrey at her age that my oldest sister made me a whole new wardrobe because I came home crying from high school cause multiple people kept stopping me and saying that I had the same outfit that their little sister wore for their first day of kindergarten ( they had pictures).. I was horrified.. I think it might be a good challenge for Brinley to see if she could make you a new dress..

So a loose flowy dress down to ankle really is the most comfortable thing to wear. Jean dresses are the best: then cotton dresses. Skirts are the best. I hated dresses as a kid but found them as an adult.

thats how i would dress for school when i would have to take pictures for photography and i know id be bending down and moving a lot but it still had to be semi formal/casual.

I used to be just like Aubrey in the dress department. Now as an adult I wear some awesome dress pants (fun colour or pattern), a blouse or button up, and some cute oxford shoes or vans/converse.

I have 4 kids and all have different tastes.. Aubrey, my one daughter hates dresses.. I always look for jumpsuits for her, femine top but got the trouser bottoms... and pockets normally!!! 😂 xx
