so many crazy now in cali.. mod robs, street take overs, crazy nutty drug heads all over ect..... not that bad here in san diego cali but still expensive to live here but i love the weather and just avoid bad places and times...
weather and nature is what keeps us here too. But the quality of living drops every year. I just read a comment that a couple that was born and raised in CA decided to move out from the state, and for the first time could afford buying a house. Same salary, less tax.
@@zarinamau yup normal cheap nice decent house now is about close 1 million now a days.. I want to leave but it's my home I grew up in coming from Philippines life is very hard there so that gave me the boost to appreciate what I have here and as long as I have a roof over my head I'm good
I understand what you mean. But you can become successful and build a great career anywhere in the world and then come back to retire in San Diego :) right now I see that it’s not worth wasting so much putting up with a lot what’s happening in CA.
Come to Miami!
Miami is definitely on top of the list 😊
Miami is just like Cali but has even crappier weather enjoy

Leaving California and NY are the hottest trends.
