Bruce you and your Guys have done a brilliant job converting that Old Truck into the Blackdog Wrecker and giving it a new lease of life. You have an amazing knowledge of Trucks and know how to get the most out of them. I love that Huge Workshop of yours and all the Modern Equipment and Tools. I started watching your videos to see if you could start old abandoned trucks, amazing how some of them start up straight away! Now I am hooked and keep watching your videos, I hope you get a lot of work for Blackdog and pull more Oldies out of the Brush, I look forward to the first video of Blackdog at work,
Did you guys not buy that heavy wrecker to use for recoveries? We've not seen much more of that since it appeared. I was one of the people recently daying how the channel had changed and was hard to follow, things are slowly getting better, but you need to ensure more continuity on the channel for everything you present to us. I think it would be beneficial to you to do more planning on how you order your vids and sequences of putting them out. Id have some pretty helpful ideas for you Bruce. I never unsubbed, because i love the channel and you guys, just want to see things run a bit better for the benefit of everyone! Cheers Brucey 👊👍
I think its sweeeeet man, i drove a HD wrecker for 12 years, would have loved that for tractor swops . We had a teflon skid plate on the T-bar arm. It saves a lot of scratches and rust .
As a Swede in Sweden I don’t see these awesome trucks so often. I just love this heavy “Tungbärgare” as its called in Swedish 😂 Translates to ”Heavy recovery hauler” it’s sooooo sexy 😍
I bet with Ryan's hand and eye coronation because of his love of RC cars he could learn to operate the rotator truck better and faster than anyone else. He just needs to practice and believe in himself.
You're gonna want some work lights underneath the boom so you can see underneath the towed vehicle. Don't have to read this post- you'll figure that out on the first nighttime hook.
Hey Bruce Now you need HEARD moose bumper on front of that truck and you heavy recovery. Looks very good so far, best of luck with the business. Cheers
Glad to see yoou are hooked up with a great company. They have a plan and everybody does their job...Big difference from when you were in Fla.-fooling around w/ some tractors. Here-you got to produce every day. Lake seems to be coming along pretty good, and the young Fitzgerald boy. What happened to that other dude-Branden? Used to stand around making funny faces and goofing off.
I love the trucks name & think its very cool that you paid tribute to a great movie. I'm really loving the fact that you took a stock truck & custom built it for your company need.
Hey Bruce how are you doing today my friend so how is the family doing so far I love watching your RUclips videos they are very educational videos and keep up the good and I like the content in the videos
You should get some simple black toolboxes for in between the tanks and the fenders. Maximize that space and make them heavy enough for chains - easier to get to at that level. You still need space for wheel chocks, cones and many more tools. For fenders on this truck why not go all business? "Romnar Plastics" singles in black ($360 for 2 sets). Warrantied for life and made for abuse. No polishing and way fewer reminders if abused. For the Zachlift bin doors, why not get a full wrap with the FCR logo in a nice matching glossy black? Easier to clean and the aluminum ones leave handprints. Don't forget a few ideal sized ratchet straps that stay clean and are only for steering wheels.
Considering it not really going to be used as recovery unit. You just learned how much distraction those lights are. Merritt makes nice rack. But Highway Products makes best cabinet for storage and deck to your specs. Or just speciall built boxes for frame. No climbing that way. Good luck with new toy.
Bruce You need to contact #MayWes poly products out of Minnesota. They have a small RUclips channel and work with a lot of RUclips farmers. If they don't make a poly skid panel for your metal to metal contact needs they will make you whatever you need and probably put it in catalog of available necessities.
"The Happy Hooker". Good movie. You should check it out...Xaviera Hollander, was a call girl, and just like your heavy wrecker, they were built to work the streets, make big stacks of cash, and wreck a few homes along the way. Old School chrome trucker girl mudflaps and grill logo, good to go. Cuz' you know...Pimpin' and heavy recovery ain't easy! 😎
Sounds like the next build for #Twinstickgarage. I have never heard the movie but I'll have to check it out. I'm sure it's like every other B movie. Awesome truck horrible storyline but still I love it. Lol #overthetop
As the installer said "my guys fit many of these units ,they dont need the manual" so Bruce i think they know what they are doing , probably having an extra supervisor is uncalled for !
Having you should give lake your utter employee. You're tires off your mud truck and give them those run rings. That what a mud books like that have in rock cheat check out dip and diesel and see if he can help you out with finding old truck's that would be unique
One day driving. Very tired. I saw a black peterbuilt coming head on. Shock my head and nothing was there. I thought I was crazy until the movie “ black dog” came out. Then a few old school drivers said truck, horse, or a dog. Always black meaning death if looking for you. 😮 and no drugs.
You know?I'm one of the last videos.I watched and I had a monster truck in it by vice grip.Vivana, open and write monster truck. I'll really love to see you.Check that video out
That man knows what he’s doing. Shoutout to him for being proud of putting out a good product!

NICE work Bruce and Fitzgerald!!
I think its sweeeeet man, i drove a HD wrecker for 12 years, would have loved that for tractor swops . We had a teflon skid plate on the T-bar arm. It saves a lot of scratches and rust .
Dayumn, this is nice. You givin me Casey LaDelle vibes

Zacklift is a unit you can use for long distance tows. That you don't necessarily want to send a heavy wrecker long distance.
It is--I bought and installed an add on Zack back in the late 80's when I had a tow business. It stood the test of time-Good people to deal with-
Amazing build, Bruce! The attention to detail is incredible
You're gonna want some work lights underneath the boom so you can see underneath the towed vehicle. Don't have to read this post- you'll figure that out on the first nighttime hook.
If you want manoeuvrability, you shouldve put one of these on the back of a Scania!
@15:06 Love how you grab the wires for the light bar and said it was wireless.
yes you should take a trip to OREGON and visit with CASEY cause you make him look like a efn guineas !!!
Love scania trucks. Thanks to Bruce. Hello from Texas

I live in Kentucky, and I almost need subtitles to understand this guy. All joking aside, he knows he stuff!
Check out Cascade heavy wrecker recovery that shows alot on Zack lifts
As with Casey's videos!
Looks sweet !! Between Brutus and Black Dog, things are shaping up nicely. Get ready for the haters and jealousy lol
I love the trucks name & think its very cool that you paid tribute to a great movie. I'm really loving the fact that you took a stock truck & custom built it for your company need.
Black Dog is one mean badass💪💪
Damn good Movie too!
Awesome video !
Itll make a good wrecker, I bet !
Cool truck ,
Good luck with it on recoveries !
Want some good tips on how to run the stick ? Have a look at Vinterveiens helter .. Ice road rescue. I guess translation is not a problem.
Good luck with the new tow rig it looks clean and ready for work, making that money.
Are all the Fitzgeralds related I'm assuming? They have a nice empire of companies they operate.
That is the sickest big rig tower I've ever seen.
Definitely Monte Carlo build, although I look forward to watching whatever you decide to build
Hey Bruce how are you doing today my friend so how is the family doing so far I love watching your RUclips videos they are very educational videos and keep up the good and I like the content in the videos
Bruce, I love your videos. When you post a video, I always watch them right now
What happened to the big white Peterbilt wrecker????
Zacklift also makes a 30ton integrated wrecker.
Surprised that they don't use proportional controls, I guess it's a price issue but the precision would increase so much in a positive direction.

Well Bruce, you've done it. I like that sucker, The man who helped you put this together is the real deal. Congrats Bruce 🎊🎊
Great job 👍
Looks like a tow truck 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
379 surround & headlights !!! Will set this thing off
Nice bruce Find the nice old truck truck find a old cabover for towing
Casey is one bad mfer you should have him come down for some calabs. I bet hed work with you on the tator for a few days
Need to make cabover heavy wrecker
That was a awesome video that truck looks awesome hope you all have a blessed night 👍🙏💯
Boy them fitchgeralds are amazing they got it all figured out .I'm a buyer forreal ...
I think you need a little more amber flash facing the rear. Maybe on the headache rack?
Rotating Gum drops are so much nicer, than those awful LED strobes everyone thinks helps. Casey Le delle is big on hating these UFO spotlights.
I would call it black Betty!!!!
Bruce, you going to add a Green APU type device on, like what FAC Trucking has for Orwell the Cabover?
GO Black Dog!!! love this truck!!!
We are ready to see some Casey level stuff
a suggestion for your headach rack is put some lights on that too so even more lit up
Bruce awesome unit to start off with don’t forget to get all the rigging like chains shackles well you know towing stuff have fun with the towing unit

Did you get the new style part for the lift that the forks plug into? Ladelle was the tester for the protype unit.
Great video 👍I bet they've never put a lift on a Scania 😂
Screw a scania just as well put it on a purple Volvo and put purple pecker eater lmao
look up Casy LaDellle he been using one a long time
14:20 he mentions Casey, and explains how he's doing different things than Casey.
Bruce

I miss Scania content 😢
I love Zachlift products
As the installer said "my guys fit many of these units ,they dont need the manual" so Bruce i think they know what they are doing , probably having an extra supervisor is uncalled for !
It came with a picture book. Maybe it shows where the front supports go. 😂😂
keep the clips coming
Cool peterbilt 👍🏼
Ready to go lift. 💪
The Slang of this Guy is awesome 🤣 - here in Germany its hard to understand him - like the bavarian
Bruce clearly could just get out of the way and let that man and his team go to work
I’m sure those guys were jumping for joy when you left their shop and stopped annoying them getting in the way of doing their job
Awesome video Bruce
Looks great. Praise God. God Bless in Jesus Christ Name Amen.
Proud 😊 of you Bruce getting your business starting off in the right 👍 direction bro.
Having you should give lake your utter employee. You're tires off your mud truck and give them those run rings. That what a mud books like that have in rock cheat check out dip and diesel and see if he can help you out with finding old truck's that would be unique
Other*
Every time he says black dog the Led Zeppelin song starts playing in my head 😂😂
Need to get rang um rope like Casey uses.
I just a old man with dementia. I was impressed with the rope, thought you’d like them
Don’t mean to bother you. Enjoy watching you. God bless
Truck looks sick! Love the name too!
Black Dog, great Led Zeppelin song too!
Bruce if you need to break in your tow truck faster then slip Tim your business card 😂😂😂
Tim has a real dedicated wrecker.
I heard Tim's wrecker just broke down yesterday
@@BFT88so what do you call what Bruce has?
@@George-dy3pt Specs he can slide off his tractor unit and put to the side. Respect the wreckers out there, this wont cut that.
@@George-dy3pt exactly what Leyena said.
Hey Bruce, you’re in the fn way
That truck would be bad ass with a AWD conversion done to it.
So are the Fitzgerald teams Bruce has been working with (Peterbilt, FCR, and now this one) all related or just coincidence/same last name?
What happened to the rotator truck ? I thought you said you were was going to school to learn how to run it
You only buy what you need. So hopefully it will be good enough.
Super cool video 👍👏🥰🇨🇿😉
But black dog is a cool truck
HELL YEAH THATS SICK
i love that truck
Does your Zak lift operate off of one hydraulic pump or two
One
Good movie
You know?I'm one of the last videos.I watched and I had a monster truck in it by vice grip.Vivana, open and write monster truck.
I'll really love to see you.Check that video out
Hey Bruce, great youtube channel. Did you ever go to towing school?
You should have named it bull dog or pit bull because just by looking at it I can see raw power
Start early when it's cooler.
I guess those nuts don't go back on that level gauge
Definitely need put shirt out of that truck when it is done
Your not very far from hitting 1 million subscribers
This gonna be crazy
Those boxes on it could be longer my opinion
