Watched this video in november 2022, I had just started to lean swimming, obviously I couldn't dive at all, now August 2023, I can dive for almost a minute after many hours at the swimming pool, thank you for the video alongside many youtubers

How deep is the pool?
Sometimes when i dive the water pressure forces the mask on my face and causing pain under my eyebrows

Do not dive with your mask on. If you are using a boat, fall backwards in the water. This makes it better
@@Darknight-zk6kyit’s a real tip, it releases air from ur lungs so you can sink easier as well if that’s your goal, ur not gonna die unless you stay underwater longer then you can handle

Blowing air out when your nose in a dive help with water not geting in
Take a deep breath and blow out when underwater as if you are blowing your nose. If you are starting out, try doing it for 3 seconds then 5 etc.
Hold your breath through your mouth, while humming.

It is very easy you should keep less air in your lungs,don't keep storing the air until it full.keep less air .. in underwater if you struggling to breathe then some times you can breathe little bit through nose
