To Clarify - where we mention the angle of spray should be 45 degrees, this is the angle the coating is sprayed at the board, not necessarily the angle of the board at the time of coating. This is to ensure the coating reaches under raised components. We apologies for any confusion caused by the diagram.

This is interesting coating...i mea its a good idea to isolader the conductors against rust longerm view and ect.... and even to protect the components from moisture...does it provide protecture from moisture lets say...I presume yes.

Better if there is a demo of DIY of cleaning & coating an old PCB board or a SAM circuit board taken out of an old BMW or Mercedes. Regards.

Is there masking tapes that can be used that is adhesive and silicon free??
