Potomac River WIN: EPIC Bite in Kayak Bass Tournament !

I fished a NVKBA kayak bass tournament on the Potomac River and WON with a total of 90.25". The bite was incredible and I got all my fish on a combination of a chatterbait and lipless crankbait. Watch as I pre-fish, get my patterns down, and then take that knowledge into the tournament. I was catching fish after fish and started upgrading through the morning. By the afternoon I had a pretty good limit but had the amazing surprise of catching a 5lb 15oz, 20.5" GIANT bass that put me over the edge to WIN ! #bassfishing #kayakfishing #fishing #godisgood #potomacriver #outdoors

This was in the Belmont Bay / Occoquan River area of the Potomac. There were definitely boats around but I found some areas that still had plenty of space to fish

Still have it! Just waiting on a trailer to make it easier to get to the water. Too heavy to car top!
