    I have applied for a D-2-6 and have received my grant notice. I'm going for 5 months till end of December but then it says the validity period of visa is till end of October...Is this normal?
    Do I need to discuss this now to the Korean consulate? Or when I arrive at Korea, they will update it till December?
    I'm so stressed out about this :(

    • @itsalise0312
      @itsalise0312  Год назад

      No worries, I had the same question when I got my grant notice! The date on that document is only the "temporary validity" of the grant itself, which means that you can enter Korea with it until it expires :] Once you get to Korea and receive your actual ID card, there you will see the actual duration of your visa!
      Hope this helps and makes you feel less stressed!! TT

    Hey, please i have a question, i applied for 6 months language course, is it possible to change my visa after the six months? Like a working visa or foreigner visa?

    • @itsalise0312
      @itsalise0312  10 месяцев назад

      Yep, but you would have to leave the country while the visa processes, so keep that in mind! The only exception would be going from a D4 (language student) to a D2 (uni student), where you could do it while staying in Korea~

    Hello I applied for d4 visa and korean embassy took my passport. Is it okay? And will be my visa approval on the passport or will I print online?

    • @itsalise0312
      @itsalise0312  Год назад

      Hey there, not sure if I replied to this, but I just saw it TT You probably know by now, but you'll have to print the online visa approval from the website! For what concerns the passport, they took mine only for 5 minutes to check it and make a copy, but then I got it back right away since I went in person, maybe it depends on the embassy :

      Never had issues with airbnb... You could also try booking.com if that doesn't work, but you should be more than fine with airbnb for a short term stay! If you are looking for a long term place then that's a whole other issue hahaha

    can i apply for d4 visa from my home country as i only want to take admission in 3 months language training then will i get d4visa

    • @itsalise0312
      @itsalise0312  2 года назад

      Hi there, sorry for the super late reply! I'm not 100% sure if this applies everywhere, but from where I am I could apply for a D4 visa only if I studied in Korea for 6 months or more... When I did the 3 months they let me in on a tourist visa, but it depends on the relations your country has with Korea!
      I would ask your local Korean embassy for clarification, maybe things are different!

    Hi ,do I have to notarise my certificate of acceptance and business registration link ?

    • @itsalise0312
      @itsalise0312  Год назад

      Hi there! I don't think it's necessary to notarise those documents, but I would contact the embassy in your country to make sure, as they all tend to have different requirements! ^^

      Hi there! Usually, their processing times tend to be quite long, for my visa I think it took anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month. It really depends on your embassy, so make sure to contact them and ask them if they have any news if they haven't given you a timeline!

      Hi! You will first need to be enrolled in a Korean language program at a university in Korea, and after you get your acceptance certificate you can request a D4 visa :]
