@@damienpoo1866 ..Jevil is a character withouth many moves, it's not spamming, it's using the cooldowns in a good way. Theres no such thing as "spamming" in UTPR.

I valued the utility I could get out of 3 more than the damage I could gain from using it at that point. We are in a very tight area near a wall, meaning using it later could (and did) provide me an opportunity to put a lot of pressure onto the opponent even if they block the move.
If they block the move, dash out, and hit me, that’s a problem I’d deal with and play around later.
