The helmet design and cheek pads are the worst; the only way you can get the modular helmet on or off is to open it. The cheek pads are way too thick but of course you can buy the smaller size.
The ear speaker pocket is still to small as it has been for all previous designs.
Sad to say I have to go with the 1/2 and 3/4 helmets.

I just purchased this helmet … inside the box, there was a small, black padded piece in a bag … what is that for?
The ‘pin lock’ tabs you mentioned sound like something I would be interested in getting …

The extra piece is the chin flap...it attaches with velcro to the underside of the faceplate.

I bought this helmet and used it today for the first time. The sides push on my cheeks really hard. Almost makes me feel like my aunt is squeezing my face, lol. Needless to say not comfortable
