@@ExtremeMachinesZone congratulations 🎉 have a beautiful journey
I’ve been a crane tech for over 30 years and I can assure you most crane accidents are caused by arrogant or ignorant crane operators. They either say “oh she can handle it, I know my crane” or “this crane is rated for blah blah blah” not understanding LOAD RADIUS. The good operators will not lift or move anything without knowing weights and distances. They will NEVER exceed the load radius rating of their machine. Cranes are giant see-saws using counterweight to prevent tipping. Cranes don’t usually fail due to structural problems they tip over bc dumbasses try to lift too far away from the machine.
It is impressive to see how modern technology is applied to heavy machinery. These machines are truly a testament to America's creativity and cutting-edge engineering
American creativity and cutting engineering is great but the XCMG crane is made in China, XCMG stands for Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd.
It's mesmerizing to see how technology has transformed the world of heavy industry
Amazing work showcasing these cranes! However, a more neutral title like 'Learning from Crane Operation Errors' could encourage more viewers to watch and learn
If it weren't for the people injured or killed, I'd find crane accidents to be hilarious to watch. Especially the ones where someone decided to cheap out on the job.
This is the pinnacle of technology and power! So impressed with the speed and durability of these vehicles!
Whaaaaaaaaaaat 😮😮😮😮😮 too cool and awesome 🤩
Skill and experience are crucial when operating a crane. I hope those involved work more carefully!
But Jesus Christ power is infinite.
Excellent Video . . . Thanks . . . Brian
Well well well, Taree is now famous! 🤣
They said this crane has a “compact design” lol. An entire crawler built for the counterweights is “compact?” 😂
I like your video
All lifts need a plan designed by a professional engineer. At least in western developed countries.
Machines are not just tools; they are invaluable partners, bringing us closer to a profound understanding of the world and ourselves.
Deep.
The first step should not be assemble the crane. The first step should be to have a steady hand on the camera.
The narrative on the red crane in the beginning does not match anything they were doing!
Why not a weight sensing out rigger pad that would allow the operator to monitor when the crane is becoming unsafe. Maybe an air over hydraulic pad with pressure monitoring.
The bigger they are the harder they fall. That has always been true and we keep confirming it
You mean to tell me that red crane with the multiple wheels have enough lifting power to raise up 10 Caterpillar D 11 bulldozers at the same time?
Very nice beautiful
03:00 This is the disassembly process of the boom for transportation.
why did you not show the last two cranes in their finale assemble form?
I work safely 6 year no accidents my life but job very risky working staf cranes operator all members
I dont understand why the crane operator doesn't just release the line when he sees the darn thing tipping. Just let that load go and save the crane! Why damage both?
That's not possible
@@cecil4485 It's possible to lower the load - which makes it lighter.
Only if it's close to the ground and you have time. If you've got several falls of rope then it isn't going to hoist down quickly @@hermitoldguy6312
On a hydraulic crane you can only lower the load as fast as you can lift it. Once a load is "lost" your screwed there is nothing you can do but jump clear.
@@graham2631 Thanks for the info. Do you know if electric cranes are any faster?
got fed up with the unstable and rapid camera movements. no like this time
By watch a speeding up motion of the dickenson creek low tide and hide tide it seem like the earth is breathing . It inhaled when the tide is low and exhale when the tide is high..
The crane at 10 min.. if he had gotten closer to the house, boom more up..I like to check these out, I worked crushers, and always wanting to learn safty and proper procedures
There goes the company insurance premium 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
9:16... CANTIERE ITALIANO 😂🎉😂
Think you’ll find the first crane can lift over 8000 tons, that vessel it was lifting in the video weighed around 2000 tons.
no the max is 3600t
The stones of Baalbek weights 1200 metrics tons, they had a few of this cranes 😅
Uma máquina dessa custa bilhões de reais
Idiots is a key word in the title. There was excessive wind noise in a lot of those shots and not once did anyone whip out their anemometer to see if they were lifting in code compliant wind conditions.
Amazing 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝
Why not build in place ?
this things remind me how God is huge and wise
does it come in Electric? whats the Carbon Footprint of that bad-boy??
All that money spent on a great bit of gear and yet the operator has to use a hand held radio
I'm sorry. What did you mean?
Multi million company and you need both hands and they give you the broken radio. Been there!
There is no end to just how big they can make them. I would think that with size comes strength. But at the same time the proper training so that there will not be any mishaps that will result in injuries and or death.
😮😮😮😮😮
Cranes weight was lighter than that's why they've called China tiger paper
Please use steady hands and more slow movements. Else people will get seasick. Impressive gear.

Why didn't you blank out the Chinese hoardings? It's not right to show China has such machines!
Should they have blanked the face of operator as well? :)
😀😀@@taja9696
Sangat berbahaya crane
nyimak
Sons of the chieff 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Narrates crane assembly ans Mammoet pack up and leave...
I think they need a bigger crane.
I think the camera man had a few too many sherbert's the night before. ! five year old could have done better !
✝️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
You can't park there 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Efir
just some scraps of video together... extremely miserable content
Impossible

Really bad camera work
😅😅😅😅😅😅
Made in CHINA what would you expect
Machines have limet don't force u died
ARE YOU AN EXPERT?.. SHOULD NOT BE CALLING ANYONE NAMES
That was me operating the crane. I told them that I didn't have the training but they wouldn't listen. I was told to get to work or they'd find someone else! I feel like a ree-tardd.
great china
You mean stolen/copied design from liebherr. Nothing great about it.

What absolute dog💩
this would’ve been a really good video Had the camera operator been worth a crap.
