I bought this exact guitar a bit over a month ago. Love it in every way. Sooooo much better than the previous professional series, especially the feel of the neck and the pickups.
I have the same guitar, same color even and love mine. I always chased the expensive Les Paul’s looking for the perfect guitar I thought I had to pay over 4k to find it. Until I picked one of these up like 6 months ago. I can’t put it down. I can’t play anything else, it even got me away from playing acoustic. I don’t think there’s a downside to this guitar
At 3:42 I really felt that one. Except for me it was being against individual saddles instead of a hardtail…until I played with individual saddles on a neck through solid body. Now that’s what I use. Hipshot.
For me, a Tele's tonal variation across its two simple pups gives it MORE useable versatility over a Strat with 5 (or 7) positions that are more similar to each other. The bridge pup in a Tele is magic overdriven....whereas a Strat bridge pup is just a Strat bridge pup and often ignored or replaced with a humbucker. Great review. Love my Tele Pro II. Take the tone pot off the neck pup to increase output and tighten/clarify the tone. I do that to all my Teles even my new primo LSL TBone.
Amazing review and comparison. Have you tried the American ULTRA series?! They're incredible (I have the ULTRA Tele). The necks on them as well as body contours are soooo comfortable
I recently passed on one. Still not sure how I feel about it haha! I’ve been trying to NOT buy guitars this year. I’m sitting at only 3 guitars bought this year… I’m sure it will be 4 by next week. Cheers -Ryan
@@Crypticmaskguitar Why did you pass on it? Haha What didn't you like compared to the AM Pro 2? Just the body contours?? PS Thanks for the reply and your amazing content!
Pretty much the contours. It’s great for a lot of people… but I really like Telecasters without the contours. I’m a big Les Paul guy, so it feels more natural for me without a belly carve and such. Everything else on it is highly tempting, though! Cheers -Ryan
@@Crypticmaskguitar That's totally understandable. Everyone has their preferences. Once I picked up that Tele tho, I had to buy it Hahaha It felt , played and sounded incredibe
Not yet... I'm trying to convince myself to grab an Am Pro II Telecaster Deluxe, but that belly carve keeps me away. Eventually I'll grab one, though. Cheers -Ryan
I just ordered one from ZZounds yesterday in roasted pine it should be here tomorrow, this will be my first American made guitar since I started playing 15 years ago.this is a dream come true!

Great review! Subscribed.
That Rockerverb sounds amazing with single coils!
I'm considering this guitar. My only guitar is a Les Paul, and I'm adding this cause it'll be different.

Your tone at 1:25 is why I want a tele 😮
Dude this is a great demo! Really needed this to make a decision.

Can you tell me how to do that? I have no idea of soldering or electricity. Thanks
Bad ass channel. Glad I found it!!! Bad ass guitar!!!!
i just ordered one today. Man I really like your phrasing in your playing. Good stuff!!!
Got it today. The sienna sunburst maple fretboard. Its amazing sounding guitar. I love it.
Nice Congrats! I really like the Sienna Sunburst Finish. Are they Roasted Pine now? I know they used to be Ash. Cheers -Ryan

This video is selling me on this guitar. I have the Strat coming in but if think I’m gonna go for the tele instead
That middle position really did have a nice sound to it. Do any of your teles have a splittable humbucker?
