It’s so good to see you ROCKING with this Strat. My Am Pro II Strat has pretty much become my go-to for overdriven rock tones over my other guitars (even the ones with humbuckers…) because it’s just soooo good. The V-Mod II pickups are sweet and provide just what I’m looking for. I have a Pro II Tele also and they’re my favorite two!
Finally someone showing what this baby can do with a driven amp and playing excellent modern licks. …Good job…I play mine through a Mesa Dual Rec and a Marshall Jube in split stereo for club gigs… The single coils really cut through
Well, although it was only a quick, cursory run thru on the clean sounds we at least get to hear what the guitar sounds like rather than the amp overdriven or pedals . . . so thanks for that! I have a couple of nice Strats and looking at that burst with rosewood you showed upfront - beautiful guitar and the bridge + neck combo is definitely a big plus.
hey man, i am second guessing getting the pro ii cause of the deep c neck, ive got small hands and im used to the modern C shape. hate like.. 0,93 les pauls for example. i currently cant get one in my hand to play.
@CrypticMaskGuitar Hi , great playing and great demo. I was wondering have you darkened the fretboards on these guitars , as when they are in the shops the necks look a lot dryer and not so dark. Would really appreciate you letting me know if you did something to darken the necks as they both look gorgeous.
Fender and Gibson (especially Gibson) use some weird powder to treat their rosewood boards. Once I buy a guitar I always change the strings and set things up to what I prefer. With the string change I use lemon oil to clean up the fretboard. It will naturally darken the board as the powder they use makes it look lighter (and in Gibson case almost white). I’ve had this comment NUMEROUS times haha! But yeah in order to preserve the rosewood during shipping and the fact that these guitars are shipped to different climates there is a powder they use. It will either go away from regular use (finger oil) or from a simple cleaning. Cheers -Ryan
@@Crypticmaskguitar Thanks man , I've always wondered why the necks are so light when you buy them these days , now I know. I'll have to get some lemon oil. 👍

Jesus, all of your demos have insanely great riffs littered throughout them. Great playing and writing man
Thanks! I work a ton so I don’t get to play as much as I’d like… so I try to make the time that I get to play count! Cheers -Ryan

Thank you very much for the guitar comparison. To my ears the Professionel 1 sounds better, clearer, than Professionel 2.
Yes they are extremely good guitars!!! I have the silver one…I love it!

Killer player!
Is the blue one a limited edition? I have a Miami Blue coming this week and yours looks darker or something.
It's notoriously hard to colour correct Miami Blue... especially when you re partially colour blind, like myself! Cheers -Ryan
Thanks for the reply. Can't wait to get mine.@@Crypticmaskguitar
I just ordered the Miami blue one, how do you like the color in person ?
I have one in Miami Blue and lots of people tells me they love the color whenever they see it @@dannyheath8876
What gauge / brand strings do you prefer on a Strat?
Can i play metal on strat?
Just dial the Bridge Tone back… usually 5 to 8. It will work just fine. Cheers -Ryan
