The only game that treat Waluigi some huge relevancy is the Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix, which is a game Mario fans easily forgot about and result turn quite obscured. And Waluigi is treated like a pile of garbage from most of the Mario characters, even Wario is treated better than Waluigi.

He convinced Mega Man to leverage a reliable source of income, presented Pikachu with something to help his long term brand, and even though he thought Master Chief was doomed he still got him engaged and motivated enough to take one mare valiant charge at success.
