  • The suspender drill is very popular. Today I want to present you a nice way to implement the suspender drill in a nice competive tennis match drill. The idea is to play three rounds suspender. If one player wins round one and two he cannot lose the point any more. So its important to be concentrated when playing round one and two. Have fun with these drill.
