I've already visited Auroville 6 times and again I'm planning to visit the place in February ... And whenever I visit Auroville, I feel like there is music in the wind of Auroville (and I feel it so inviting) and now I hope this beautiful singing festival will create a harmony among all the Aurovillians both musically and magically. I met Shakti last year (27th February, 2023) when I went with Renu to Kalabhumi (?!) studio for a song-rehearsal (One Day) that they performed at the open space (probably the parking area) in front of the Solar Kitchen just on the very next day which was Auroville's birthday - 28.02.2023. And I really enjoyed that rehearsal very much. I remember that I was shy and silent and Shakti noticed that and later she told me that I should sing especially when I was enjoying the song so much. I'm now in Kolkata but even from far away, I can feel the musical power of Shakti and the unifying spirit of the singing festival in Auroville. I hope, from now on, it is going to happen in Auroville every year and some day - in one of those years, I would like to be a part of this festival in Auroville, at least as an audience. Since I'm a Bengali, it was a pleasant surprise for me to hear a participant singing the song from 'Moner Manush' (soulmate ?!) i.e., Milan hobe kotodine and I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to Marta and gratitude to Aurofilms for everything.
I'm planning to visit Auroville in February 2024 to celebrate the Mother's Birthday on the 21st, Auroville's birthday on the 28th and the Golden Day on the 29th February. Thank you. 🙏🙋
